Kindly share your feedback on how GoodFirms has been doing so far in increasing your visibility among potential clients.
Listing at GoodFirms allows companies to grow organically and strengthen our online reputation and influence service seekers with the kind of requirements they have. MediaKit will help our company to boost its credibility and reliability.
Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
Glorium Technologies is an international engineering firm that offers a full suite of product and business development services for tech startups in various stages. Based out of our head office in New Jersey, USA, and having a development center in Kyiv, Ukraine (now relocated to Western Ukraine), our firm is driven by innovation in engineering to help startups achieve clear-cut results. With a proven track record in healthcare and real estate, we leverage our understanding of the needs and day-to-day operations of tech startups to offer strategic guidance and technical expertise as necessary.

I am a co-founder and CEO at Glorium, and my passion for innovation and helping startup companies come from over 20 years of working with them to help grow their businesses. As such, I function as a startup advisor, and expert in health tech, real estate tech, software development, software outsourcing, and software project management.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Before co-founding Glorium Technologies, I worked as a developer on Wall Street for eight years. I thought starting something new was the right thing for me at the moment back in 2010. I knew it was easy to legally register a company in the USA, and so I did, with only about 10-20 thousand dollars in capital. During our first year, I was personally involved in the development, programming, and searching for clients myself. My first clients were my former bosses from financial companies on Wall Street who also organized their own companies as well as other partners I knew from when I worked in Manhattan. My partner Dima, an old friend who studied with me in school, also worked in America at that time and eventually joined only 3-4 years after I stopped doing the work on my own. With his help, we have steadily increased the number of clients and projects, which is how we’ve been able to grow our team and even open a second office in Kyiv.
What is your company’s business model: in-house team or third-party vendors/ outsourcing?
Although we function as an outsourcing company, Glorium comprises an agile, in-house team full of members who value and encourage innovation. Technically, most of them work remotely. Fortunately, this model has proved viable in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, though we plan to discuss hybrid arrangements further down the line. We like to stress to our clients that, although we’re outsourcers, we do not outsource any of our work to third-party vendors.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
New challenges come up with every project. We succeed because of our dedication to engineering innovation, our domain expertise, and holding our technical team to a high-performing standard. That means that a stunning 60% of our developers are at a Senior level or higher and that when clients partner with us, they’ll have access to the brightest and most seasoned professionals. Our developers are familiar with 70+ frameworks and technologies. They are experienced enough to know when to exclude a chance of your product’s failure for technical reasons. We strongly believe that being a service-oriented company means serving specific client business needs and trying to manage them via the best possible technology solution.

A wide range of our services is focused on startups (product research, tech consulting, software development, testing, marketing & growth, certification, and compliance help, business consulting, and we even provide funds for some of our clients).
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We are primarily focused on small and medium businesses and start-ups. Although our core industries are healthcare and real estate-focused full-cycle app and software development, we are actively expanding into other industries, including fintech, e-commerce, social, and more.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Focus on tech-related services (tech consulting, software development, architecture design, testing, DevOps).

We provide a wide range of innovation-driven services designed to solve startup problems, with software development being the most requested, by far. The majority of our clients are startups that have secured some funding and are ready to create or refine their digital products. We also do strategic consulting for startups in later stages to help them get to the next round of funding, for example. Since our team is versatile, we can do it all, including product design, quality assurance, growth marketing, compliance, tech consulting, architecture design, testing, DevOps, etc.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
There is no point in me making claims. We are listed at GoodFirms and many other listing platforms, and our customers are always glad to share feedback on cooperation with us here. We aim at a 100% satisfaction rate, and we’re pretty close to it, I’d say.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
For each client, we take a personalized approach because no two clients are the same and neither are their primary issues. We assign each client a dedicated account manager to help manage expectations and stay in the loop. We assign a dedicated delivery manager or a PM responsible for the deliveries of their products.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Usually, it is monthly payments for the exact amount of working hours spent.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If not , on what minimum budget you have worked for?
In general, we don’t take on projects that are less than $25K, but it’s not definitive. From our experience, our best and biggest projects grew from the tiny initial engagement. So we aim to start working with our startup clients early and grow them into successful and mature businesses.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
From tens of thousands of dollars to millions.

In our case, each project is unique, so its price range depends on the technology stack, team size, and composition, long-term project vision, etc. So the average monthly range varies between $10.000 and $150.000.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Over the last 12 years, we have been growing at a steady pace of about 25% per year. We’ve made it into the Inc5000 list during the last two years in a row, and we’re planning to continue the growth at a similar or higher pace. The sky's the limit.

Client Background

MouthWatch is a dental technology company specializing in developing innovative oral health solutions. With a focus on improving patient care and enhancing communication between dental professionals and their patients, MouthWatch offers a range of products and services designed to revolutionize the dental industry.

Challenge

The client developed a specialized intraoral dentist web camera that enables remote teeth diagnostics. However, they faced a challenge finding a modern software solution to enhance their product offering.

They required a multifunctional platform that would enable patients to schedule appointments with their dentists conveniently, conduct online meetings for remote diagnostics, securely store video recordings and medical records on servers, create doctors’ accounts, and provide them with the possibility to exchange data safely.

The existing third-party solution they relied on was neither cost-effective nor scalable, hindering their growth potential.

Solution

Glorium Technologies developed a robust platform that offered the flexibility to schedule appointments through their own interface or seamlessly integrate with third-party providers. Additionally, Glorium Technologies leveraged its expertise in telehealth technology to enable web conferences with the capacity to invite up to 2,000 participants.

The company’s focus on creating a fully HIPAA-compliant platform without scaling restrictions ensured the highest standards of data privacy and accommodated the growing needs of healthcare professionals.

Results

Upon receiving the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), the client proceeded with final edits and implementation in collaboration with their internal team.

As of now, all forms of communication, ranging from messaging and photo sharing to clinical files, images, audio and video recordings, live videos, and care documents like visual treatment plans, can be conveniently accessed within a unified and searchable communication thread.

Transcend is a desktop application that was developed for one of the leading banks in the US. Its main purpose is to serve as a blotter to stock market traders by filtering stock data and reflecting market fluctuations in real-time. This application helps traders and brokers properly navigate the market environment and make better business decisions.

Challenge

The main challenge here was to achieve top-notch application performance and speed as the application was designed to deal with massive amounts of different data types. The project required close collaboration between backend and frontend development to quickly synchronize data changes. Another challenge was to develop filters so traders could refine data and see only relevant stock information by category, in real-time.

Solution

Glorium developed a customizable desktop application that acts as a blotter for trader tasks and reacts to triggers only with relevant data changes. The application now provides a chart with multiple filters that reflect stock data with prices, risks, changes, analytics, etc. Thanks to this, traders can now compile filters and monitor only relevant lists of stocks.

Results

As a result, we have reduced the speed of data transmission (from the initial data source to the visualization on a trader’s dashboard) from 20 seconds to 1 second. Additionally, the system can now easily process around 1 million tickers and handle around 10 000 ticker changes per second.

Workload automation for day-to-day routine activities for interpreting physicians is difficult without the assistance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Such software decreases the need for manual re-input of the same data across different applications, thus increasing speed and productivity for reading the studies.

Challenge

Our client needed our help with creating a Multi-PACS Workstation that would increase accessibility to studies by connecting info about them and enabling the gathering of the studies’ information across regions and different medical facilities.

For decades, the same problems have plagued the radiology community: lack of accessibility to studies, working on disparate systems that have zero connectivity, and inability to read or dictate studies across regions due to medical facilities’ deficient interoperability. Dextro Imaging Solutions’ Multi-PACS Workstations solve these longstanding issues and so many more.

Solution

Our technical expertise, and collaboration with other medical experts, let us develop a complex system—the “switcher” that makes PACS selection instant.

Each configured blade (up to 4 blades) supports a PACS client. The KVM connects these four blades.

The doctors can instantly switch to any configured PACS while the additional sites continue to run independently and without interruption.

The doctor can only click on the appropriate work list monitor screen, and the software should instruct the KVM to switch to that blade (for the diagnostic monitors).

Results

The software was developed from scratch and seamlessly integrated into radiologist-related workflows.

With the help of Dextro, doctors are free from spending countless hours and resources interpreting work lists thanks to this accurate and efficient automation technology.

MCI (mild cognitive impairment) and signs of early dementia are hard to detect; however, studies show that playing the piano has the ability to highlight even the slightest cognitive abnormalities.

Playing the piano involves multiple sensory processing, comprehension, quasi-simultaneous decision-making, and action execution. In short, it is a sure-fire way to analyze and evaluate brain functions and train minds. In order to test and prevent cognitive disorders, our client (a musician) came up with the idea of building a piano emulator from scratch.

Challenge

In order to build a piano emulator app that could detect and calculate the probability of developing cognitive abnormalities associated with MCI and early-stage dementia, the emulator had to be:

- Fast and accurate, with gamified cognitive checkups that fit the clinical workflow

- Suitable for assessing pre-clinical, early dementia and MCI

- Operable by a non-specialist

Solution

The app was released with the following features:

- Visuospatial and motor encoding

- Time-stamped finger responses

- Audio cues

- Integrated the tool for different PACS archives/VNAs compatibility

- An algorithm that collects user-response and analyzes data

- Integrations with EEG and eye-tracking

- Recording history

- Data export

- GDPR and HIPAA compliance

Results

This app evaluates executive functions, such as inhibition control, attention, multisensory memories, and various brain-region activities.

In this way, the software acts as a dementia prevention tool, contributing to remote care for cognitive monitoring. As for now, our client is looking for opportunities to collaborate with Philips as their headsets could enhance app performance and function.

This software is expected to launch as a medical device in the EU at any moment.

Control.IT is the largest German provider of software that has been developing IT solutions for real estate and portfolio management since 1995. The company provides/maintains a database that helps property managers to identify risks and opportunities and make the right investment decisions.

The software calculates forecast values, supports investment and divestment decisions, enables value-oriented portfolio management, and delivers controlling and management reports at the click of a button.

Challenge

In addition to its core product, the client had specific objectives to address and sought to support targeted integrations with bison.box. The goal was to streamline the workflow of property managers and automate specific tasks, ensuring a more efficient and seamless experience.

The challenge included complex integration of data uploading technologies in dynamically changing connections, as well as the need to implement the function of uploading only a portion of the data from a massive data model and enable 3rd party integrations.

Results

Collab App started in 2019 and was built to solve specific tasks and support specific integrations with bison.box. It’s sold as part of a bison.box package and has eased the workflow of property managers adding value to the main product.

The bison.box offers versatile connectivity options with a wide range of upstream systems. Through automated interfaces, the administrative systems and financial accounting can seamlessly provide all necessary data and information. To address the challenge of diverse data sources, a dedicated tool effectively structures and integrates heterogeneous data within the bison.box.

This enables users to access standardized and comprehensive data from the upstream systems, including historical time series for in-depth analysis.

The Client is the leading provider of enterprise-wide document delivery solutions for the healthcare industry. Their product automates sending high-volume reports such as lab results, a solution for hundreds of top hospitals.

Challenge

The former product’s interface was in production for eight years and required significant improvements. The manufacturer turned to us to develop an interactive smart solution to reform and monitor hand hygiene and eventually reduce hospital-acquired infections.

After the work with the interface was completed, we also faced the challenge of tracking and managing device statuses: for the responsible person to fill it on time.

Solution

We reworked the entire front-end part of the application using the latest technologies to provide stability, a mature interface, and better user support.

Our team also developed an ML pipeline to predict the filing level of smart disinfector devices based on historical data. The algorithm can take into account weekdays and holidays.

Results

Development of the fundamental part of the product took about 18 months. After that, the client engaged us with another part of the project – building a mobile application that directly collects data from dispensers through NFC. It is a server-side application that runs automatically and sends four daily reports with predictions to responsible people. That facilitated the work of hygiene specialists in the hospitals.

Client Background

Glorium Technologies has been with client for eight years now. Throughout our partnership, we’ve created a range of outstanding products helping thousands of people to live their best healthier lives. We were excited to develop seamless digitized solutions for the client’s business in e-paperwork, revenue cycle control, and inventory tracking and bring them to the customers via thorough content marketing.

Altogether, it helped the company to fill its sales pipeline and grow into a leader in HME/DME software provision.

Challenge

Glorium Technologies had to create a user-friendly and customizable automatic billing platform from scratch. The tricky part was to include the three kinds of payers into the system, as the client’s business implies collecting and processing separate payments from customers, insurance companies, and patients.

Solution

Glorium Technologies has developed an easy-to-use platform. To manage the billing lifecycle from payer to patient, we integrated the secure payment systems and implemented invoice-issuing features. The software system includes patients, payers, insurance, and providers into one cohesive system. Intelligent automation allowed us to decrease the time of payment, increase collection and reduce administrative setbacks.

Results

We built a complete all-in-one solution for HME/DME providers and patients. Being over three years in production, we help client’s business go paperless, improve operational efficiencies, and provide better patient care.

Glorium Technologies keeps growing the application, providing tech support and updates. The company’s top management, who first controlled our collaboration process hands-on, eventually had to move away from it. The reason? They are too busy closing new deals and delivering to more and more clients now. And though we are sad we don’t see them this much now, this splendid result speaks for itself.

Product Background

The Exponential Health application aims to automate an alternative way to the “traditional broker” model to help organizations cut insurance costs on purchasing meds. The application seeks to help organizations choose between available PBM proposals by comparing them against existing contracts and their renewal costs. Exponential Health turned to Glorium with a request to build a web application from scratch.

Challenge

The client needed a scalable, fast, and secure web application to deal with complex calculations and large volumes of data that needed to be processed in a short time span. One of the key challenges was reaching maximum levels of accuracy when launching calculations in a multithreaded environment. Another issue was smooth integration with external databases.

Solution

Our team has created an environment that accurately calculates optimal prices based on the data sets uploaded to the system, and serves as a reliable data source to brokers. Glorium also ensured seamless integration with Medi-Span and NADAC databases and implemented SFTP protocols for the given databases.

Results

Though the web application is still in the development stage, the client already has a workable multi-threaded environment where fully functional applications can be tested. The solution is currently capable of running large datasets and producing accurate results in the given timeframes. The Exponential Health application also helps organizations choose between available PBM proposals by comparing them against existing contracts and their renewal costs.

The app provides access to current medical coding information, making the once laborious code review process intuitive and faster. The app is accessible for any hospital personnel who need access to coding, billing, and regulatory information.

Challenge

The product’s front end was built on an early version of Ext JS and needed significant rework. The client had a contract with Sencha and was satisfied with the framework performance and various enterprise tools it provided. Afterward, they decided to stick to Ext JS and upgrade Ext JS 4 to Ext JS 7. In short, the main problem turned out to be a global lack of available developers with solid experience using Ext JS.

Solution

At Glorium, we ally with the best developers offering our clients a diverse range of skills and technologies. As our services adhere to enterprise needs, our in-house devs team is trained in Ext JS to fill in the gaps. This is what allowed us to pick out four employees to extend the client’s team. The newly formed squad included a database developer, two Ext JS developers, and a manual QA.

Results

Our dedicated Ext JS crew rewrote the app following two years of close cooperation with the client’s team. Such changes led to:

- better app performance

- revamped UX/UI

- app resilience and adaptability for enterprise workflow

- support of up-to-date technologies

The client was more than satisfied with our team’s efficiency and value for money that they couldn’t find onshore.

Our client manages a lot of commercial real estate facilities in the US. Their aim was to reduce tenant churn. They could do so by making educated guesses about whether the tenants will churn and offering them appropriate discounts or other promotions and by understanding better how different factors influence tenant decisions.

Solution

Using Machine Learning, we built a predictive pipeline that evaluates the probability of tenant churn and provides an analysis of how different features influence that probability. To get to this stage, we had to provide business analysis, figure out which features should this backend system have, have model training, and deploy the server.

Results

The final result of the project is an ML pipeline that predicts probability of tenant churn, can continuously improve its accuracy by training on more data, and provides extensive model explainability. The system proved its efficiency by meeting customer’s historic data and being more accurate than it.

Our client, a manufacturer/distributor of sleep therapy and oxygen therapy products, had a mobile application for Android and iOS. The UI of the app wasn’t spectacular, so they were pursuing the idea of a new app. A mobile app that would help users fit their masks and, consequently, sell more medical devices for the treatment of sleep-disordered breathing and oxygen therapy

Solution

We have created a new application from scratch. With the help of it, one could select an appropriate type and size of the mask using 3d graphics: they have their faces scanned, then three types of masks are offered based on the answers to the questionnaire, and a user can select the one.

The improved reporting functionality allowed users to keep track of their sleep data and ensure they use the device appropriately. We created an app that can display the reports with multiple indexes: usage time, AHI, Pressure, etc. Graph visualization was also suggested and designed. The reports can be downloaded and shared with anyone involved.

Glorium Technologies developed a patient-centric platform that helps users (doctors) get instant access to the most critical information of all patients. That helps clinicians quickly receive information about the willingness of patients to be intubated, resuscitated, or become donors — via the QR Code.

Whenever information is entered, the system will trace all changes: who entered this information and when.

Once the critical information is filled in, the patient (or Proxy) can share the access with doctors based on the different permission sets: view only, edit, or share information with other doctors.

With Softhread, all paper bureaucracy is eliminated with several clicks.

Solution

Glorium Technologies team created a platform that enables patients or their representatives, and doctors to cooperate during hard times (operations, emergencies, etc.). All the crucial decisions (intubation, resuscitation, organ donation) could be signaled in several clicks; all repeated fields will be duplicated. Once this information is entered, the patient, or representative, can invite doctors with permission to view only, edit, or share information with other doctors.

At the same time, doctors can reach all critical information using just a QR Code.

Results

The platform was developed. The solution allows the following: once critical information is filled in by the patient (representative), and the doctor is invited, he/she gets notified of all crucial changes via email or SMS. The QR code doctors receive is enough to access all critical information.

The product allows hospitals to automate the workload and distribution of studies for interpreting radiologists. To meet the SLA time frames, the app’s AI engine defines exam priorities, locates qualified doctors (based on their preferences), and assigns a specific exam to a particular expert.

Challenge

The main difficulties in the previous version of the app, which became the source of customer disappointment, were poor operational performance combined with a confusing UI.

Medium to large hospitals with a significant study turnover rate reported that slow app responsiveness and overall balancing inefficiency were affecting the number of medical exams reviewed.

Solution

After the execution of highly detailed performance tests, our developers reviewed all API calls and database requests and challenged every query’s adequacy.

As a result, we tightened data retrieval and increased the volume of acquired data every step of the way. A large portion of data was cached in order to speed up access to repeatedly queried but rarely changing medical data.

Results

After initial months of working around the clock, the AI engine’s performance and API back-end responsiveness has improved significantly. Presently, the initial infrastructure can efficiently support hospitals with up to 10 million studies per annum.

Furthermore, the business-logic of studies distribution was challenged and fixed throughout. Together with UI updates, these achievements lowered the overall page responsiveness to less than one second. Our collaboration has lasted for over 2 years and continues successfully as of the time of writing of this case study, making it possible to polish the product with innovative and competitive features.

Platform users can watch and monitor gaming events in real-time, and bet on live and upcoming games. Additionally, it integrates with third-party streaming services and allows players to place their bets through a convenient payment method in advance.

Challenge

GoGaWi turned to Glorium with a request to build a web and mobile application that can integrate with streaming services and receive transactions from multiple payment systems, including small and localized ones.

Another challenge was in relation to compliance with legal regulations, as online betting is restricted in particular regions.

Also, an application was supposed to handle short but intense traffic overloads, and responsively save the system resources when the traffic was down.

The key task here was to create a robust payment network that would support many pay systems, sustain spikes of intense traffic, and block traffic in restricted areas.

Solution

Web and mobile apps with scalable applications for e-betting were built.

Glorium ensured every payment system is integrated, and reduced the integration time for each payment method. Thanks to this, the web application is capable of receiving transactions from more than 20 different payment systems in various currencies.

Traffic overloads were taken off, and the app can withstand massive volumes of traffic.

Results

Glorium built comprehensive and integrated web and mobile applications for esports betting that supports multiple payment systems, successfully handles intense traffic periods, and restricts traffic in certain areas. Our team has developed a framework that has enhanced and unified integration with different payment systems. As a result, it is now possible to place bets from small local payment systems.

Product Background

Kidazzler is a social network for parents and children that acts as a community where users can discuss parental matters. In addition, it is also a marketplace for family-friendly businesses and children-related service providers.

Challenge

Kidazzler turned to Glorium with a request to build web and mobile applications from scratch using cloud data infrastructure. The main challenge was to create a secure cloud data infrastructure, develop optimal algorithms and data flows, and implement cohesive business logic.

Solution

Glorium Technologies created scalable web and mobile applications that can be easily used by both businesses and parental communities. We implemented cloud infrastructure with AWS and added many features like service categories, dashboards, recommendations, in-app deals, events, and check-ins. Thanks to these improvements, the applications are performing well.

Results

We contacted Glorium Technologies on the recommendation of our partners. First, we met a consultant who answered all our questions and even gave us some ideas for the future functionality of the application. We liked their approach, so we signed a contract. Glorium developers created a prototype for us and then MVP. The designer's work is especially notable, as the visuals developed in our brand colors look very concise and pleasant. We still work with the company, preparing the release of our product.

Review Summary

We are in the business of providing real estate services for Texas residents. Until recently, we worked exclusively in an offline format and began to notice a gradual decline in consumer activity. We decided to digitize our business and move it to the cloud to provide remote access to real estate directories and rental, purchase, and exchange services.

In search of a contractor, we came across the website of Glorium Tech and contacted the manager. We were satisfied with the project's price and terms, so we immediately delegated the task to the team. In the process of discussing future development, we encountered several challenges, both technical and organizational.

The cooperation resulted in a new cross-platform app based on Angular, packaged in formats for mobile devices at our request. Thus our customers have access to the company's services not only through the SPA in a browser but also via mobile devices on iOS and Android.

Glorium experts released the MVP version on time, which kept our place in the industry and even attracted new customers.

Review Summary

When our ophthalmology clinic had difficulty handling large amounts of data, we realized we needed our EHR system. During a consultation with partners, they told us about their experience with Glorium Technologies.

We had to see professionalism for ourselves since we were talking about an expensive project and long-term cooperation. We first studied the portfolio, talked to the manager, and discussed all the terms. We liked the approach to pricing, where the cost depends on the project's features.

The team quickly got to work and adapted to our requirements (and there were many). The project was even completed a little earlier than we had planned, so there was plenty of time left for the implementation. Glorium Technologies helped us customize the EHR to our processes and integrate it with other systems.

Review Summary

Our company manufactures and sells medical equipment. We operate worldwide and provide customers with the best devices in the healthcare industry.

We already have a functional but outdated website in our arsenal (we will later hand it over to Glorium Tech for modernization), but no mobile application. We decided to develop a cross-platform digital product with a catalog, a user account, and a system for managing special equipment and data synchronization. Glorium was chosen as the contractor, recommended by our partners.

The team studied our product and proposed its strategy for digitization. We agreed to use the Angular framework with MongoDB, AWS, and Node.JS as a technical stack. This set allowed deploying a full-featured performance platform with hosting in the cloud and extensive synchronization API capabilities. It was also decided to implement SMART on FHIR protocol and HIPAA standards to integrate EMR/EHR systems further.

Review Summary

Our firm sells residential and office buildings. The purpose of turning to Glorium Technologies was to create a branded cross-platform app for sellers and buyers. The task was quite complicated, but the hired team showed amazing professionalism, so the work on the project was very exciting and hassle-free.

The development team helped to determine the best technology stack to implement the project and developed a prototype. In close cooperation with a representative of our agency, Glorium UI designers created an exclusive app design in the agency's brand colors.

In the process, the biggest challenge was to create the easiest and most stable interaction with the app for buyers and sellers. The UX design experts did extensive work and achieved positive results.

We ended up with a minimum viable product (MVP) that we couldn't wait to show to our loyal customers. Then we continued to work with Glorium and in a couple of weeks, our app was completely ready for the final release.

Review Summary

Our goal was to create an ERP system to simplify the management of our existing real estate agency business processes. Before contacting Glorium Technologies, we worked with a small IT company. It was a short-term experience that did not get us to our goal.
We approached Glorium Technologies because they worked with real estate projects of various sizes and levels of complexity. That was why we decided to hire an entire team of experts. It included an analyst, developers, engineers, and a designer. Basically, we started the project from scratch.
The Glorium Technologies team showed themselves to be true professionals. They adapted to our specific requirements and created a feature-rich solution in a very short time. Besides, they helped us not only with the development and testing, but also with the ERP implementation. As a result, we could achieve transparency of business processes and increased employee productivity.

We are a healthcare product company with a focus on hand hygiene.
We have dispensers to disinfect hands, and in hospitals, they want to know how often hands are disinfected because they have rules about the number of hand disinfection per day. That data is being sent via our IoT platform, and the software conducts the analysis.
Our software had an outdated interface. We were lacking needed design capabilities, so we decided to look for a contactor to help us with UX design.
We designed the devices, delivered software code, and Glorium Technologies helped us with the UI/UX. Their tech stack included Angular. We cared exclusively on functionality and usage, so they had the freedom to select the tools for themselves.
We usually cooperated with a team of three people (the Team leader, PM, and one of their other teammates who implemented the software).
The feedback from end-users has been quite positive. We’ve been told that it has been a significant improvement in usage.

Working with Glorium has been a breeze.

We were looking to out source a large javascript and UI/UX design project. Glorium met with us, broke down their process and estimations. From how warm, capable, communicative and driven they were, we selected them for the project. From then on we have been in very close contact and they have made this a simple and fun experience.

We setup a weekly 1 hour meeting that is more than enough to communicate requirements and review progress. This has been working seamlessly for over 3 years now due to their diligence, and commitment.

This is despite us throwing even more at Glorium - we've added in several extension projects, as well as 2 mobile apps, DevOps and machine learning projects. The team has run with all of these without skipping a beat,
