I’m the founder and CEO of the company. I look out for business growth and create Goodface’s vision. Our main goal is to turn product usage into the best experience through digital solutions.
So, I got this crazy idea: Why not create a company that specializes in crafting top-notch visual brands for other businesses? I mean websites, design, and all the stuff that helps you connect with your audience.
We’ve been successfully making websites for different companies from completely different industries. Then we realized that we wanted to do more than just polish up the marketing side (website, design, etc.) We decided to dive headfirst into building digital products for our current clients, essentially becoming their business architects.
For the past few years, we’ve been concentrating on full-cycle product development. Here we completely solve everything from business analysis and planning to design and full-on digital product development.
Sometimes we we might bring in some outside specialists for narrow tasks, like 3D design or illustration. But mostly our workflow is based on in-house workers.
Eight out of ten of our clients come through word-of-mouth recommendations. We’ve been working with most of them for years.
Also, at the end of every project, we receive reviews, that speak for themselves.
- Growth support, (scale). When the main work on the project is done, but the project is still developing smoothly, then we allocate a small amount of time, developers, and designers per month to help the client systematically introduce new features or content. This is most relevant for those who are working on a blog or small features after the main release.
- Status support (maintenance). It’s a monthly package, and it includes our development team looking at the status of the project, updating the necessary plugins, and making sure that the project is up to date and that there are no force majeure events.
- Package support. Here we agree with the client that he can come up with a package of edits of a certain volume. We work on such a "patch" to implement a package of updates to a project, which is already ongoing.
The second one is the Dedicated team. In such cases, the client has full access to the team and pays bills once a month.
In addition, we’ll definitely launch some top-notch products partnering with our clients.

I'm marketing manager in Omnilink, wich is a specialization provider of telecoms possession and high-tech solutions for operators of communication and Internet providers in Ukraine. OMNILINK has been operating in the telecommunication network equipment market since 2009. The main customers are telecom operators and Internet service providers. The company has grown from a supplier of goods (equipment) to a supplier of solutions. At the same time, the need arose to transform the site, placing a key emphasis on the company's services, which today consist in a qualified selection of ""hardware"" (completeness of the order; selection of the most optimal positions in terms of price and functionality), which allows customers not only to purchase a pool of goods, but to get a thoughtful and planned combination devices for a particular task. And the task is to transform the catalog in its pure form into a related equipment pick-up site based on the user's task.

We are a team which sells digital health programs to customers. Want to improve our customers' experience. That is why I decided to create an app - so users could have a more friendly environment to use our program. I’m CEO of Uvitme company Igor Chernovsky. We are the official representative of the Hepart AG company. Our team selects individual vitamin complexes from Switzerland based on the blood tests and health goals of our clients.
The main aim for Goodface agency was to complete a full redesign of our brand: logo, visual identity, website, packaging. We needed to top up our visual communication (brand new level). We knew that Goodface agency was perfect for this task.

We have been educate people from Ukraine in digital professions for over 4 years and helping them to work on freelance. Not so long ago, I decided that I want to create my own E-learning platform in order to develop the design community. So I came to create a startup and a platform.
We started looking for a team with experience in developing platforms in Edtech domain and found Goodface. Previously, I spoke to 5 other teams, but all of them gave ambiguous figures and no specific terms of reference. But Goodface immediately appealed to me. Their comprehensive advice and deep understanding of the process of creating such products helped me figure out the project plan.
