They have a fairly rigid structure when it comes to project management. We’ve had daily check-ins and weekly sprint meetings on Mondays. It felt less outsourced and more like an extension of my team. We use Jira internally, but we used PMS for this project, which is the tool that Grawlix uses. They’ve recently transitioned to Jira as well. We established deadlines and milestones, which were met successfully in most cases. One of the differentiators that made us choose Grawlix in the first place was that, during our initial conversation, they not only asked the right questions but also gave the right recommendations, without even being under contract.
