Faced with the challenge of developing a website, I called upon Grow Ideas to do this for me.

I needed help to develop a website that would be flexible enough to showcase my ideas, papers, blogs and videos. Grow Ideas did exactly that. I wanted to be able to use the website myself, i.e. without an intermediary, and Grow Ideas have been able to train me to do that and remain available should I ever get into difficulties.

To publish blogs, papers, lectures, videos of lectures, video blogs representing the development of my ideas throughout my professional life.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

In spite of being located in India whilst I'm located in the UK, they were able to respond quickly to my questions and we were able to set up zoom meetings to discuss complex issues. I was impressed by their confidence in being able to address my requirements and the result has been a good working relationship.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

It turns out that the most problematic issue, the significantly different time zones, was actually manageable. Otherwise there were no particular difficulties that were not easily resolved.
