HelpDesk Heroes is a great resource for small businesses such as mine. They are always on the go and always responsive. I needed some on-going on-demand help with a few IT related things and they have helped me quickly and their responsivness was blazing fast pretty much everytime I had send them a message.

I love how they have a pay-as-you-go option that is completely customizable. I also love that they are always evolving and growing with me. I am so happy that I was able to find a quality helpdesk that is reliable, service-oriented, and affordable!

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Definitely their BLAZING FAST RESPONSE TIME Also expert knowledge of the team and they always implement the proposed solutions very fast.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

That I can't give them more IT work now ;))
