I'd actually reviewed before, it looks like my review was somehow lost which is a shame as I'm giving 5 stars across the board. The work HQ have done for us what invaluable as they not only finished off the development of our platform which we did not have the internal bandwidth to do, they also provided comprehensive QA reports on both what we'd done, and the work they'd done too. The QA reports enabled us to reprioritise tasks and have an accurate overview of the overall health of the project. Following on from the work HQ have done for us, we are actually putting together a specification of work with them for another project, as we are confident that they can deliver a high quality product at a fair price.

Good outsourcing partner with competitive pricing. Could provide required resources within a few weeks (some were available immediately). The quality and experience of the consultants depend on the individual. We got two experienced developers with good (one excellent) communication, fast working but also two average developers which were ok for what they cost.

We work with HQ on a monthly basis for over one year now. I can not say anything bad about them. The quality of code is excellent and the communication is very good as well. We even recommended them to one of our partners and they where also very happy with HQs service. Developers really feel like beeing part of our team and they are very motivated to work on our product even bringing in own ideas and improvement suggestions.

We have a very small development team, so when we lost our iOS developer a few months before our product's relaunch, we couldn't afford to waste any time, and decided to look for contract options. On our first call with HQSoftware, we knew they would deliver. After we described our product(Guardian by Elexa, a leak detection and prevention system), they immediately had great follow up questions, which used phrasing that matched our yet to be discussed internal processes. Communicating requirements was very easy and they were not afraid to ask for clarification to ensure we received exactly what we wanted. This combined with their obvious experience in IoT, allowed them to give us very accurate time and cost estimates throughout the project. Working across time zones this different was never a problem with the team we worked with. Especially near the end of the project, their team made themselves available to work during our local(Chicago) business hours to troubleshoot and meet the deadline. We are extremely happy with the app they built for us, and will continue to use their services for future development and testing.
