About the Client/Project
Our company was tasked with developing an educational platform from scratch, creating a modern and user-friendly solution. The project, which has been ongoing since 2019, continues to evolve with regular updates.

Challenge
The task was to build a multi-platform solution with advanced features, including a spaced-repetition algorithm, custom editors, and seamless third-party integrations. The complexities included browser extension development, cross-platform synchronization, and creating tools like a PDF editor and custom text editor.

We used cutting-edge technologies, a rigorous Scrum approach, and close collaboration with the client to deliver a scalable, high-performance platform. This solution works seamlessly across web, desktop, and browser extensions while offering advanced tools to enrich the learning experience.

As a result, we successfully developed and launched a sophisticated multi-platform educational system that has been in production for over three years and currently serves more than 10,000 active users. Our team rebuilt the product entirely from scratch, delivering a robust, scalable solution that meets the clients needs and vision.

Results
The project successfully launched, incorporating all requested features while enhancing the overall functionality of the platform. The development team completed a full refactor of the existing system, significantly improving performance and scalability. New features such as deal management and vehicle tracking were introduced, providing the client with enhanced operational capabilities. Hygge has provided ongoing support since the projects inception in 2021, with a team of up to six developers actively contributing to the platforms continuous growth and adaptation. The platform remains live and stable, and additional features continue to be added to meet the clients expanding needs.

The company operates a large fleet of private jets and required a custom ERP platform to manage all aspects of their operations, from sales and administration to flight management.

Their primary objective was to save money and reduce the time spent on manual tasks, allowing their team to focus on scaling the business. Our work involved the development of automatic sales modules, flight administration systems, and various software applications to support the entire operation.

Challenge
Manual processes were time-consuming and prone to errors, and they required a comprehensive solution to manage their fleet more efficiently. Additionally, the client wanted the platform to integrate seamlessly with their existing infrastructure, ensuring that the ERP system could support future growth without disrupting current operations.

Solution
Hygge assembled a dedicated team of eight developers who worked on creating a powerful ERP system using a modern tech stack. We designed and implemented modules that automated the sales process, administered flight schedules, and managed operational data across the fleet.

The system was designed to support end-to-end aviation operations, from managing bookings and tracking flight statuses to automating administrative tasks like invoicing and reporting.
