ICUBE vision and approach when delivering projects were most impressive.

ICUBE Technolabs provided services including discovery workshops, UX/UI design, and mobile app development (React Native) for both iOS and Android. They handled testing, bug fixes, and maintenance, delivering the work within a reasonable timeline. Although we surpassed the initial deadline, it was expected in such a project, especially as we focused on quality and requested last-minute changes, which contributed to the delay. ICUBE Technolabs was responsive to our input, making adjustments as needed. They worked patiently and collaboratively with us to ensure the mobile app development stages and high-fidelity designs met our expectations.

ICUBE is very responsive to our requests and to urgent tasks. We've requested work for the next day, and ICUBE has stayed up all night to deliver work. ICUBE ramped up quickly - taking over our current campaigns and designing lots of new newsletter templates. Within 2 months they had stabilized our marketing spend and were getting results. They also dove into our financials with me to help figure out our goals and keep them updated as the holidays approached. We got more than we bargained for with ICUBE: they are on top of every aspect of our social media ads and newsletters, but they also are a real pleasure to work with. They've stabilized our media spend and they give clear feedback to me and take feedback from our staff without friction. To keep it simple: I need a 10%+ profit to make my company work and ICUBE helped me take our monthly budgets and projections and turn them into goals for ROAS, newsletters, etc. so that we meet those goals consistently. When we don't meet goals, they are proactive and never make excuses - they just come up with new things to test and make them happen.

ICUBE TECHNOLABS has created a mobile application for iOS and Android. We initially had enough; the iOS app had been developed, so ICUBE TECHNOLABS reoptimized it and improved its performance. On the other hand, they’ve built the Android version from scratch as a new application.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

ICUBE TECHNOLABS delivers and knows what they’re doing. They advise us on where to start step-by-step and which direction to take. If we have a plan, they plot that into technical terms; they get our creative ideas and break them down into a roadmap with milestones. They also give advice in terms of what platform to use and how to work together, which is useful. Overall, they’re good at doing that.

We specified all our expectations and provided the mockups. Based on these materials, ICUBE developed the wireframes, delivered precise specifications, and proposed project management for the application.

The team developed every aspect of our iOS and Android applications very quickly. They delivered several features for each version. Using our products, users can read their weekly horoscope and specific astrological reports. The apps also help them find monetization products and e-books to purchase.

Right now, our entire platform is in English, but we have ambitions to develop it in other languages. ICUBE also manages the server and provides maintenance. They are the sole supplier and provider for all the IT services concerning this application.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

ICUBE TECHNOLAB was very flexible about the cost. They were closely involved in the entire project. I especially appreciated that they even managed our interactions with other providers. We had a very pleasant experience working with ICUBE TECHNOLAB.
