ICUBE ramped up quickly - taking over our current campaigns and designing lots of new newsletter templates. Within 2 months they had stabilized our marketing spend and were getting results. They also dove into our financials with me to help figure out our goals and keep them updated as the holidays approached. We got more than we bargained for with ICUBE: they are on top of every aspect of our social media ads and newsletters, but they also are a real pleasure to work with. They've stabilized our media spend and they give clear feedback to me and take feedback from our staff without friction. To keep it simple: I need a 10%+ profit to make my company work and ICUBE helped me take our monthly budgets and projections and turn them into goals for ROAS, newsletters, etc. so that we meet those goals consistently. When we don't meet goals, they are proactive and never make excuses - they just come up with new things to test and make them happen.

Describe your project in brief

We specified all our expectations and provided the mockups. Based on these materials, ICUBE developed the wireframes, delivered precise specifications, and proposed project management for the application.

The team developed every aspect of our iOS and Android applications very quickly. They delivered several features for each version. Using our products, users can read their weekly horoscope and specific astrological reports. The apps also help them find monetization products and e-books to purchase.

Right now, our entire platform is in English, but we have ambitions to develop it in other languages. ICUBE also manages the server and provides maintenance. They are the sole supplier and provider for all the IT services concerning this application.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

ICUBE TECHNOLAB was very flexible about the cost. They were closely involved in the entire project. I especially appreciated that they even managed our interactions with other providers. We had a very pleasant experience working with ICUBE TECHNOLAB.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

No, there’s nothing I would suggest they improve.

LuckiMedia was very good at being responsive. We mostly communicated via email. Overall, they were good with deadlines. There were a couple of points where they were delayed, but they also were able to speed up and get ahead of schedule.
