We developed Export Orbital, a scalable AI SaaS platform that empowers businesses to navigate regulatory compliance with ease. At the core of the solution is an AI-powered chatbot trained on real government documents. Using OpenAI and Pinecone’s vector search, the system understands and interprets dense compliance material, allowing users to simply ask questions and receive tailored, context-aware guidance.

To make this as accessible as possible, we built a user-friendly chat interface that feels like interacting with a helpful advisor. Users can get strategic recommendations, find relevant compliance clauses, and even ask clarifying follow-up questions—all in one seamless experience.

The SaaS platform itself is fully equipped with user authentication, chat session history, subscription tiers, and Stripe-based payment processing. Designed with growth in mind, it allows users to manage multiple chat sessions, revisit past interactions, and upgrade their access as their needs evolve.

BLodgic, an AI-powered cybersecurity startup, approached us with a compelling challenge: refine and secure their open-source foundation, integrate it with Slack, and wrap it all into a scalable SaaS product ready for public launch. They had a powerful concept, but needed the right technical partner to bring it to life—securely and fast.

We began by diving into their RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system and deploying a hardened backend architecture on AWS using Hugging Face’s LLM. From there, we fine-tuned document indexing using Chroma DB and Cosmos DB to ensure high-speed, contextually relevant responses. User interactions are fully logged for traceability, a must-have in cybersecurity environments.

Our team also developed a full-featured Slack app that connects directly to this backend. Users can interact with BLodgic in real time, with built-in access limits for free users and unlockable premium features through subscription or admin approval. We ensured the Slack app met all approval standards and provided detailed documentation for onboarding and management.

To complete the package, we built a sleek WordPress marketing site that communicates BLodgic’s value to customers clearly and effectively. Integrated with Mailchimp for lead capture, the site gives the brand a strong digital presence to match its technical power.

BLodgic now stands as a modern, secure, and scalable AI cybersecurity product—ready for enterprise adoption and continued growth.

Advance CPE came to us with a bold mission: to revolutionize the continuing education experience for busy professionals—especially those needing accredited courses for license renewals or compliance. They knew that in-person attendance was increasingly unrealistic for many learners, yet they hadn’t found a platform that truly met the complex needs of both students and instructors. That’s where we stepped in.

We collaborated closely with the founders to design and develop a powerful white-label SaaS eLearning platform from the ground up. This wasn’t your typical online course system—it had to include attendance verification, instructor branding, student performance tracking, live and recorded video support, and fully automated certificate generation.

We engineered a secure, scalable infrastructure that supports multiple instructors and students, revenue tracking, Stripe payment integration, and even facial recognition features to confirm student presence during lessons. On top of that, instructors can personalize their portals with logos, color schemes, and event branding, helping them stand out in a crowded education space.

Plane Fax is a digital platform built for the aviation industry, serving as a powerful listing and marketing hub for aircraft buyers, sellers, and dealers. Though designed for aircraft, the system mirrors advanced automotive dealer platforms—featuring structured user portals, a dynamic store catalog, and a credit-based transaction model.

Our client, Plane Fax, previously relied on manual workflows and lacked an efficient way to manage listings or process client interactions online. They approached us to create a scalable, high-performance web application that supports their growing network of aviation dealers.

We developed a multi-user portal system with custom access levels for buyers, sellers, dealers, and administrators. Each portal is designed to streamline navigation and enable task-specific functions, such as uploading inventory or managing inquiries. To simplify transactions, we implemented a secure credit system, allowing users to purchase and redeem credits for Plane Fax’s services.

The centerpiece of the platform is a user-friendly store catalog built with advanced filtering and search functionality—helping users browse aircraft listings with the same ease and speed they expect from leading automotive eCommerce systems.

Merceo is an AI chatbot solution developed to revolutionize how users interact with eCommerce websites. Built on a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) framework using OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Merceo allows shoppers to use natural language to search for products across online stores—providing a conversational, human-like shopping experience.

Our client approached us with the challenge of making vast eCommerce product catalogs easier to navigate. With product pages often overloaded and buyers struggling to find what they need, we engineered an AI chatbot that integrates directly into popular platforms like Shopify, WordPress, WhatsApp, and Discord.

By leveraging LangChain and custom embedding models, Merceo converts product data into machine-readable formats, enabling instant and accurate responses. It also offers smart product linking, real-time chat filtering, and intelligent conversation flows. This drastically reduces browsing time and boosts conversion rates.

The chatbot is also API-ready, allowing it to function within various environments while maintaining top-tier security through Microsoft Azure services.

Coast 2 Coast is a powerful recruitment platform built to bridge the gap between aspiring student-athletes and university-level coaches across NCAA and NAIA institutions. The client approached us with a mission to create a clean, intuitive, and highly functional platform that would simplify the athletic recruitment journey for students in the U.S.

We developed a custom Django-based web application, complete with a marketing-focused static website and a robust admin backend. The platform features a secure student portal where users can input personal stats (height, weight, academic background, achievements, and sports preferences) and automatically contact their selected university coaches via pre-written, auto-sent emails.

A major technical highlight was the curation and processing of over 57,000 rows of verified coach data across 1,000+ universities—making the platform a comprehensive, centralized resource for recruitment.

Additionally, we implemented:

• An automated email notification system that alerts students when their message has been read by a coach.

• An admin dashboard where the client can manage university data, view interactions, and oversee student accounts.

• A smooth onboarding flow and interface tailored for tech-savvy and non-tech-savvy student users alike.

When our client came to us with the concept for Spam Your School, their vision was clear: build a platform where students could see and share real photos of the food served at universities across the U.S.—before even applying. The target audience? Primarily high school students with dietary needs like gluten intolerance, lactose sensitivity, or vegan preferences—but open to any student curious about campus dining.

To bring this idea to life, we built a web platform that combines the visual engagement of Instagram with the community-driven nature of Facebook, while embedding custom functionality tailored to university dining discovery. Students can upload food photos, comment, and like posts—just like they would on their favorite social platforms. But what makes Spam Your School different is its smart filtering: users can search by dietary requirements, cuisine type, or university name to find the best fit for their lifestyle.

We also created detailed university profile pages, offering not just food insights, but campus imagery and general info. This way, prospective students get a fuller picture of college life—starting with what’s on the menu.

By focusing on a niche but meaningful pain point in the college selection process, we helped build a platform that is informative, fun, and highly relevant to today’s students. Spam Your School is more than just food pics—it’s about making smarter, more personal choices for the next big step in life.

When a Medicare insurance broker approached us, his goal was clear: to make navigating Medicare documentation easier for everyday users. Many of his clients, especially older adults, were overwhelmed by complex contracts and struggled to find the information they needed. He wanted a solution that could provide clear, accurate answers without the wait time of traditional customer service.

We developed a secure, AI-powered chatbot that understands and simplifies Medicare documents. By combining OpenAI's GPT and Meta’s LLaMA models with advanced embeddings, we created a system capable of quickly searching through large volumes of data and returning human-like, conversational responses.

The chatbot is designed with user-friendliness in mind, featuring a familiar messaging interface that mimics chatting with a live agent. It can interpret natural language queries, locate relevant information, and explain it in simple, understandable terms—all while maintaining compliance and privacy standards.

This solution not only improves the experience for end users but also significantly reduces the workload on support teams. With this project, we didn’t just build a chatbot—we helped make healthcare information more accessible, one conversation at a time.

HelloVacay came to us with a bold vision—to build a hotel booking app that rivals the biggest names in the travel industry, but with unique tech-forward features and exclusive discounts. They wanted more than just another booking engine. They needed a scalable platform that offered real-time hotel pricing, a seamless user experience, and the ability to manage listings internally. Most notably, they wanted to incorporate an NFT-based subscription system—an industry-first.

We developed a full-featured mobile app paired with a robust web-based admin portal. The admin portal gives the client full control over hotel listings, user data, and pricing visibility. For live pricing and bookings, we integrated a custom third-party pricing API, allowing users to find and book hotels with real-time updates—no delays, no outdated listings.

Beyond its functional strength, the platform stands out for its user experience. The interface was carefully designed to be intuitive, fast, and mobile-first—ensuring users feel confident and comfortable at every step.

Perhaps the most innovative feature? Users can purchase a lifetime membership via NFTs. The NFT model not only enables permanent access to perks but also allows users to transfer or sell their memberships, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem built on Web3 principles.
