Protogene Consulting Pvt Ltd approached us to create a brand new website, establishing a modern and professional online presence for their consulting services. The project involved designing captivating pages to showcase their services and effectively present their mission and vision.

Challenges and Solutions

The primary challenge we encountered during this project was crafting a website that aligned perfectly with Protogene Consulting Pvt Ltd’s vision while adhering to a tight schedule. To address this challenge, we maintained clear communication with the client, seeking prompt feedback to streamline the development process. As this was a new website development, we focused on efficiently implementing design elements and functionalities.

Project Outcome

We successfully delivered a new website for Protogene Consulting Pvt Ltd, reflecting a contemporary design and seamless user experience.

The website is built with WordPress and designed using Elementor, enabling easy content management for the client. The site is fully Search Engine Optimized (SEO), ensuring enhanced visibility in search engine results and reaching a wider audience. Additionally, the website is fully responsive, adapting flawlessly to various devices, which enhances user engagement.

We integrated a user-friendly “Contact Us” form, making it convenient for potential clients to get in touch.

Furthermore, the website features a dedicated “Careers” page with a resume submission form, facilitating direct job applications through the platform. Social media links are seamlessly integrated, enhancing Protogene Consulting Pvt Ltd’s online presence. Lastly, we diligently listed all the services offered by the company, providing visitors with comprehensive information.

Project Description

The project involved migrating a large website with 1200 posts and 600 photo pages from a custom HTML website to a WordPress website. The website featured news and information about college sports, and the migration process required transferring all of the content to the new platform without losing any data or functionality.

Challenges and Solutions

The biggest challenge for this project was the lack of export functionality in the old website. To overcome this, I created a subdomain and installed WordPress, allowing me to work on the migration without affecting the live site. I then bulk-downloaded all the HTML files from the old server and imported them into WordPress on the subdomain using some tools. However, the HTML files did not include author information, so I had to manually check each post and page to ensure that it was published by the correct author on the same date.

Another challenge was ensuring that the migrated site retained all of the features and functionality of the original site. This included ensuring that all photo pages with -20 photos were imported correctly and that any custom functionality, such as navigation menus, were recreated in WordPress.

Project Outcome

The migration was completed successfully, and the new WordPress site retained all of the functionality and features of the original site. Ken was pleased with the outcome, and the new site was launched on the main domain. The migration allowed for easier management and updating of the website and made it more user-friendly for visitors.

Challenges and Solutions

One of the biggest challenges for this project was creating a design that would effectively showcase the coach’s expertise and communicate the value of his services to potential clients. To address this, I worked closely with the coach to identify his target audience and the key benefits of his coaching services and used this information to create a design that would resonate with his ideal clients.

Another challenge was creating an effective call-to-action (CTA) that would encourage visitors to contact the coach. To address this, I created a prominent “Book a Consultation” CTA button that is displayed throughout the landing page, along with a contact form that makes it easy for visitors to get in touch with the coach.

Project Outcome

High-converting Landing page with a mobile responsive, SEO-friendly, and appealing design was created.

The landing page has been successful in generating leads and increasing the coach’s visibility online. Since the landing page was launched, the coach has received a significant increase in inquiries and has been able to convert many of these leads into paying clients

The primary challenge was to design a visually appealing website that represented the essence of wellness. To overcome this, we collaborated closely with Shahmeena Fatima, gathering her preferences and ideas. Through this collaborative process, we identified the perfect colour palette and typography that aligned with the theme of wellness, creating a calming and inviting ambience.

Additionally, we recognized the significance of optimizing the website for faster loading, considering the importance of user experience. To achieve this, we chose WordPress as the platform and incorporated the GeneratePress theme – renowned for its speed and efficiency. Utilizing the Gutenberg editor and GenerateBlocks Plugin allowed us to create a seamless and highly customizable layout, enhancing the overall user interface.

Our latest project, the “Political Campaign Website for Ebbon A. Allen” was a mission to increase awareness and raise funds for a cause that truly matters. Ebbon A. Allen is not just a politician; he’s a dedicated advocate with a fervent commitment to bettering the lives of Washington, DC’s Ward 7 residents.

Challenges and Solutions

While creating this website, we encountered challenges, including slow hosting, which required an upgrade. Additionally, there were some theme-related hiccups due to updates. However, with perseverance and teamwork, we resolved these issues and successfully delivered the website.
