One aspect I find lacking in Indi IT Solutions is their limited expansion into different countries. Personally, I believe having a local representative available here in New York for face-to-face meetings would greatly enhance communication and collaboration.
If there's anything to improve, it would be to enhance post-implementation support.
The only downside was the time it took to align on project details in the beginning. However, this was ultimately beneficial, as it ensured that the final solution was perfectly tailored to our needs, and the project was completed successfully with minimal issues.

While they were quick to address any concerns, there were a few instances where we felt the resolution process could have been slightly more expedient. However, this was a minor issue in the context of our overall collaboration, and it didn't significantly impact our satisfaction with their service

We always knew what was happening because they kept us updated all the time. They finished the project on time, which was great.

They finished the project on time, and the app they made works great! If we had any problems, they fixed them fast. Indi IT Solutions was really easy to work with, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

The only thing I didn't like about Indi IT Solutions was that there were a few times when communication could have been clearer. But overall, they did a great job, and I'm happy with their work.
