MS Dynamics - Great communication, High Standard of Work, Excellent Project Managment

Being a UK based we were a little nervous outsourcing our own internal development work to India.
However by the end of the first virtual meet we were made to feel comfortable. Communication was easy with both project manager and developer. The project was delivered quickly and changes during the course of the sprints were no problem. Highly recommend Purvak Pathak and his team !
Pros :
  • Easily contactable, especially for a company not in the same time zone!
  • Great communication on every, whether techy or on a day to day level and very personable!
Cons :
  • They work harder than me and longer hours and make me feel like i could do more :-)

As a CEO cum Managing Partner, I am managing/oversee the overall sales and projects while making sure that clients remain happy throughout the engagement with my company.
What is the story behind starting this company?
I got inspired while watching Sharktank – a very popular show in the USA for entrepreneurs and got to learn so many things. That clicked me and I realized if I can utilize my whole potential for my own business then I can create wonders so, with days of thought and some hard words, I planned to establish my own business.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are always focused on our own People/in-house employees for any project execution and in some cases well established external consultants when the deadline is tight and I have no bandwidth
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
  • We are people-centric and customer-centric so in both ways, we are winning an edge over the competition.
  • We are a complete IT solution provider company so not only focused on some custom developments. If the customer wants high-end enterprise-grade solutions that also we provide like Microsoft ERP, CRM, etc.
  • We are having all experienced and in-house certified consultants so no fresher is assigned to any project.
  • We work as per the client time zone so no more glitches or project management issues.
  • We are always transparent with our clients so if any of the projects is not doable we tell straight away while making sure that he doesn’t feel cheated later on.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
  • We focus on Retail/FMCG, IT/MSP, Entertainment, Service, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Our 75% of customers are repetitive.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM implementation.
  • Power BI and Power Apps Portal implementation.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
99% of clients are satisfied with our services and whenever we are assigned any opportunities we just make sure that we sign off SoW with all proper scope and project management details so that later on nothing is hidden/arguable in terms of mismatch of client needs and our understanding.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have got 2 levels of support system which include L2 and L3. Also, we sign off a support level agreement (SLA) with clients which states that according to the issues we provide the support i.e. critical, high, medium, and low.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We are quite transparent with clients and let clients decide the best possible way so if he says let’s go with either fixed cost (milestone based), Time & Material (Hourly basis), or dedicated resource assignment model that all works for us. The client is the king!
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
  • Our commercials vary from project to project, client to client, and location to location where the client belongs.
  • There is not any set limit on the minimum budget. Ultimately we make sure that our commercials and client budget is matching to the extent.
  • The minimum project budget starts with $2,500 for smaller scale development and it goes into Thousands of dollars based on the project requirements and complexity.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
Min $2,500 and Max. $150,000.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
  • We will soon be reaching a landmark where I will have almost 50+ in-house employees and will also open offices globally.
  • My company will be Microsoft Dynamics Gold Partner in 10 years and we will be having employees worldwide with office locations in the UK, USA, Canada, and other countries.
