What I liked most about Innovative Network Solutions Corp was their customer-first approach and their ability to tailor solutions specifically to our business needs. They didn’t just offer one-size-fits-all IT services; they took the time to understand our challenges, goals, and budget, and then provided us with a customized plan that actually worked for us.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
The only thing I liked the least about Innovative Network Solutions Corp was their response time during high-demand periods. While they were usually very responsive and quick to resolve issues, there were a few instances when their support team took a bit longer to get back to us during busier times. However, I understand that these occasional delays were due to the high volume of requests they were managing, and it didn’t detract from the overall quality of service.
