Our client operates a gamified financial platform that allows users to make predictions on stock and cryptocurrency price trends. The company caters to global markets, including India, the USA, and the EU.

Project summary

The client approached us with a concept and a basic design for a mobile application, aiming to expand it to a robust web platform. Leveraging Innovecs’ expertise in web development and infrastructure optimization, we delivered a scalable and reliable solution, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.

Challenge

The client faced multiple challenges, including the need to transition from a mobile-centric design to a full-fledged web application. There were also many infrastructure inefficiencies, requiring optimization for scalability and automation. The platform also had a poorly optimized legacy backend, causing instability and high maintenance efforts.

Solution

Our team developed a stable, high-performing web application that adhered to the client’s vision while resolving existing backend issues.

By improving data integration and building reconciliation logic across a complex Azure-based data ecosystem, we helped the client eliminate reporting discrepancies, restoring trust in their inventory data and supporting seamless scaling of new warehouse operations.

In just 1.5 months, we supported our client in fixing critical data discrepancies between their Datawarehouse and centralized data lake. Our team built custom reconciliation jobs and improved data integration workflows using Azure technologies, restoring trust in reporting and ensuring operational accuracy across all facilities.

Challenge

The company has a standalone application for its customers, with a reporting module that uses data from a customer Datawarehouse (DWH). The customer’s WMS is one of the primary source systems that uses the data lake with a database wrapping. All new facilities are onboarded using this application stack, including deleting and recreating orders and receipts.   

However, as the data lake was centralized any deleted customer entities would also be removed from the data lake, while corresponding entries remain in DWH, leading to incorrect reporting of inventory transactions and balance. 

Solution

• Our team improved integration processes and created custom reconciliation jobs, which compare data deltas.  

• The build enabled a system that marked entities/records and excluded from reporting when deleted from the source system. Although the reporting was cleansed all source data remains in a decentralized DWH for process analysis purposes. 

Innovecs developed a scalable, domain-independent ERP system for a US-based company specializing in construction and manufacturing. The solution was designed to streamline operations and support the company’s growth across multiple industries.

The project faced several key challenges, including developing a domain-independent ERP system capable of adapting to various industries without constraints. Building a scalable infrastructure was essential to ensure long-term system growth and performance optimization. Additionally, a seamless handover process was critical, requiring a structured transition of responsibilities from Innovecs to the client team midway through the project.

About the Customer
The client is a U.S.-based company that provides logistics solutions for major food and beverage brands. They rely on accurate, timely data to manage complex supply chains and serve their customers effectively.

Project Summary
The client needed real-time access for a customer-facing web portal, but their system only allowed batch Datalake access. Our team designed and implemented a hybrid Azure-based architecture that continuously captures, validates, and versions data changes. This enabled real-time insights, ensured accuracy through business rule checks, and triggered downstream updates via API—supporting operational visibility and advanced analytics.

Challenge
The upstream IT system offered only batch Datalake access. However, the portal and analytics workloads required validated, real-time data. The existing setup created delays and limited transparency for end users.

Solution
We built a hybrid Azure architecture using both serverless and server-based components. Continuous delta capture from the Datalake was combined with validation and deduplication. Each business entity change was versioned in a staging layer, providing full traceability. Data was then enriched with master data and validated against business rules before being merged into an application schema for real-time reporting. Additionally, certain conditions automatically triggered API calls to push updates to downstream systems.
