PROBLEM
The primary objective of this project is to digitize four distinct forms: Credit Note, Goods Return, Manual Journal, and Open Account Invoicing. Each form necessitates a unique approval matrix, whereby approvals are directed to specific individuals based on the matrix, request reasons, and particular scenarios, all contingent upon the form type.

SOLUTION
SharePoint serves as the backend data source for this project, with both a SharePoint Site and lists established. PowerApps acts as the frontend interface, while Power Automate handles backend processing. Forms UI, complete with functionalities and validations, is constructed within PowerApps to meet project requirements. Approval flows are established using Power Automate. A feature is implemented in Power Automate flow to skip the approval of an approver if they have already responded to a particular request. Azure security groups are utilized to manage list permissions, restricting access based on user levels.

Sure, we recently started working with a global Non-Profit organization for a Microsoft 365 project. Their company was spread across 8 countries and had a team of about 20-30 people in each region. They were confused and spending a lot of time doing things manually via email. They had about 330 Teams channels to communicate. We worked with the client provided a strategy and implemented a SharePoint hub site from where everything is now managed. Each county has its own site where they communicate with their fellow staff members, workflows have been established and it is now much easier to find and manage information for them.

We don’t have a specific industry as any industry can use Microsoft 365 or Mobile Apps. If I speak about most projects per industry then we have worked with the Education industry and social media apps the most. Most of the clients we have helped are still with us on some sort of retainer contract and some come back after they are successful for consulting work.

If by basic budget you mean budget to cover operational cost we prefer some profit margin on top of the basic budget reason is some clients don’t have a clear idea of what they want and the efforts change drastically once we start the project based on past experiences. We don’t invest too much in server infrastructure as most of the time we work with cloud services like Azure or AWS.  We do purchase workstations but that too refurbished ones as technology changes very fast and so does the hardware for development.
Where do you envision your company in the next 10 years? What are your long-term goals and aspirations for growth and development?
We want to start building our own products and be a leader not only in custom software development but also a product authority in the technologies we serve. We expect to launch our IPO in the next 5 years and expand teams in at least 5 countries. Note while doing this we also want to reward our loyal staff members as they are the pillars of the building that we are trying to develop.
