Integrated Computer Services (ICS) has been an exceptional partner to our company since 2019, consistently delivering top-tier service. Their fast response to our issues and their team of highly skilled, knowledgeable technicians have been invaluable. They work closely with our leadership and staff, not only resolving individual problems but also helping us craft comprehensive IT policies, from cybersecurity to data backup solutions and beyond.

Over the past five years, our partnership with ICS has fueled our company's growth and progress. While they may be a vendor, they've truly become a part of our eZCom family, fully invested in resolving our challenges swiftly and expertly. We onboarded ICS as our MSP 5 years ago. They upgraded our IT Technology base and now manage our IT systems.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They technicians are extremely knowledgeable and solve our issues in a very timely basis. They are available 24 x 7 to address emergency issues that arise outside of business hours. They have helped us develop policies and implement tools regarding a variety of critical areas including Cyber Security and Backing up our company Data.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I don't have anything negative to say about Integrated Computer Services. They are an outstanding Company and offer outstanding services. We have come to rely upon them as we would our own employees.
