  • They technicians are extremely knowledgeable and solve our issues in a very timely basis. They are available 24 x 7 to address emergency issues that arise outside of business hours. They have helped us develop policies and implement tools regarding a variety of critical areas including Cyber Security and Backing up our company Data.
  • Their ability to balance security, usability, and business continuity made a measurable difference for our organization, and we would confidently trust them with any future infrastructure initiative.
  • The communication was what I liked the best. You never fell left in the dark.

  • I don't have anything negative to say about Integrated Computer Services. They are an outstanding Company and offer outstanding services. We have come to rely upon them as we would our own employees.
  • The only area that I could recommend an improvement would be a collaborative worksheet that all technicians as well as myself (the coordinator from the company hiring them) could make notes as we had to go user by user.
  • I have extremely high standards ands I can’t think of any cons for this project.

We partnered with ICS to manage a complex VPN migration from Sophos to SonicWall NetExtender for roughly 100 employees, and the results were outstanding. From planning through execution, their team demonstrated deep technical expertise, organization, and clear communication. VPN migrations at this scale can easily cause disruption, but they developed a structured rollout plan that minimized downtime and ensured our staff stayed productive. The transition was smooth, secure, and far less stressful than we anticipated. They provided proactive communication, thorough documentation, and responsive support throughout the process. Any issues that arose were addressed quickly and professionally. Thanks to their careful execution, our new VPN environment is stable, reliable, and performing extremely well. If you need an IT partner capable of handling complex infrastructure projects with precision and professionalism, I highly recommend them.

Easy and professional with amazing response times.

Like in the past with ICS this project was easy and stress free. There was communication every step of the way which made the project as easy as possible. All my questions were answered and they were able to set it up to meet the agencies needs.
