The solution has the following works:

• User Management: User management enables administrators to grant access and manage user access and control user accounts. A user management system forms an integral part of identity and access management (IAM) and serves as a basic form of security.
• Profile Management: Customer users can update their user profile through it. Users can see the basic information of his/her own and if necessary he/she can update the information.
• Role Management: Management role scopes enable you to define the specific scope of impact or influence of a management role when a management role assignment is created.
• Requisition Management: A requisition initiates the request for a specific action and also records that action for subsequent reporting needs.
• Water Distribution & Schedule Management: Generally, the application should arrange a watering schedule on an FCFS basis. However, the admin user can modify this. The reason for modifying the FCFS schedule should be captured in a field.
• Unit Measurement System: User can create their own Measurement Unit. This unit is used to calculate the water measurement.
• Search Management: The user can search also by writing anything into the search box;
• Tariff Rate Management: This feature will help you to add the tariff rate for the water measurement.
• Payment Status: This feature is used for to add payment status like payment is due or payment Receive status.

The solution has enabled harbor pilots to view real-time navigational information, view vessel information. It can issue electronic or printable arrival and departure certificate and can manage the entire marine operations, including vessel registration, port security, vessel traffic management, and flotilla management like tugs, barges, launches, etc. Moreover, the solution will track the vessels at anchorage, vessels at berth, and sail-out details and give indications of mismatched data, delays, and alerts. The user can show the list of cranes with availability periods in a graphical manner. It imports IGM and BAPLIE files through API from the MLO and allows the user to plan cargo movement operations from vessel to yard location based on workflow approval procedure. The real-time location systems (RTLS) enable users to track and locate yard assets in real time using passive RFID, GPS, and other sensors. Besides the solution can generate invoices based on the tariff master data, tariff rates, actual berthing operation, equipment usage, cargo movement transaction, gate in/out operation and other service usage, reports of Invoices, Receivables, and payment records for each customer. .
