We offer technological solutions for the Logistics sector and were in search of an IT provider to develop a segment of our technological platform. Given our need for artificial intelligence, we reached out to Intermedia for assistance. Our objective was to create AI-based solutions to enhance routing algorithms, encompassing both backend and a portion of the frontend, including mobile apps. This is why we chose to engage Intermedia, as these are their areas of expertise. It formed a crucial part of our central solution. Collaboratively with Intermedia, we crafted both the routing algorithm and the interface. The process began by refining requirements, leading to the creation of comprehensive documentation. Subsequently, we organized a series of sprints to collaboratively develop the backend alongside artificial intelligence experts. As the backend progressed, we initiated the development of the frontend mobile apps. Python and a touch of NodeJS were employed for the backend, Tensorflow for the AI solution, and React Native for the mobile apps. All deadlines were successfully met without any issues. Clear milestones were established in collaboration with all stakeholders. I believe that the effective utilization of Agile methodologies enables Intermedia to consistently meet deadlines without any setbacks.

We brought them on board to collaborate on the creation of a mobile app for an international client. This was extremely helpful for keeping communication constant and efficient during the project development. The consultancy spanned two and a half months, structured into a two-phase plan: initially, a diagnostic phase, followed by an iterative dynamic phase. The first phase, completed in two weeks, encompassed a comprehensive project diagnosis, conducting a thorough survey and study of all pre-existing elements up to that point. The subsequent phase involved four biweekly sprints, employing an agile approach to collaboratively implement identified improvements alongside the Kilimo team. The project execution unfolded smoothly, with the agreed-upon deadlines consistently met. We want to emphasize the exceptional performance of the entire team, as each member proactively tackled challenges. For communication, we requested the use of the Google Workspace suite, and the Intermedia team accommodated this seamlessly. Our primary communication tools included Google Chat and Google Meet.

The project involved developing a bot entirely in Python and deploying it on a specially configured server. The server, hosted on AWS cloud, communicates with the broker through API and WebSockets, leading to a significant reduction in latency and improved overall results. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Intermedia team, the end product successfully addresses various trading strategies, resulting in consistent economic benefits.
