Describe your project in brief
I hired them for a website project that was never completed. The process did not follow what was originally discussed, and instead of receiving a finished deliverable, the work stalled and never progressed to completion.
I then tried to resolve the situation by allowing the project to be converted into a social media campaign, but that was also never executed. No campaign was set up, no ads were run, and no results or reporting were provided.
The biggest concern for me was how they handled account access and security. I was repeatedly asked to provide direct usernames and passwords for accounts, including Google-related access, which I do not believe is appropriate or aligned with standard industry practices or platform terms of service.
Overall, the services were not delivered, and I did not receive value from the engagement.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Initial communication during the early stages was responsive, which created the expectation that the project would move quickly. They were also willing to discuss alternative solutions when the original project began to fail, even though those alternatives were not ultimately executed.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
The lack of delivery was the biggest issue, along with shifting requirements and poor project follow-through. I was also concerned about how account access and security were handled, including repeated requests for direct usernames and passwords instead of using standard, permission-based access methods.
