AskSamie is an innovative platform designed to enhance the workflow of occupational therapists by integrating seamlessly with the Shopify API. The platform enables therapists to build carts of recommended items from a store, add personalized notes explaining their recommendations, and securely share these carts with clients via PDF or a secure link. This approach ensures efficient, tailored support for clients while avoiding the complexity of creating a full patient portal.
Core features:
Shopify API Integration: We developed a seamless integration with the Shopify API to allow therapists to pre-create carts of recommended items directly from the Shopify store. These carts, complete with detailed notes from the therapists, can be opened directly in Shopify without requiring client login. This ensures a frictionless experience while maintaining the context and recommendations provided by the therapist.
Pre-Creation Mechanism for Carts: A robust system was implemented to allow therapists to generate pre-filled carts directly within the platform. Each cart includes therapist notes for specific items, and the generated carts are linked securely, enabling clients to open them in Shopify with all information intact, no login required.
Advanced Diagnosis List: An advanced list of diagnoses was integrated into the platform, allowing therapists to match recommendations with specific client needs. The mechanism was designed for flexibility, enabling administrators to update and customize the list as necessary.
Therapist Management Admin Panel: An admin panel was implemented to streamline the management of therapists. This includes functionalities for adding, editing, and removing therapists, tracking their activity, and managing their access to the platform.
Enhanced Search Functionality:
A powerful search system was developed, enabling therapists to quickly find items, diagnoses based on multiple parameters. This ensures efficiency and ease of use, even as the platform scales.
Tagging System:
To further enhance organization and searchability, a tagging system was introduced. Therapists can tag carts, allowing for more intuitive filtering and categorization.
The successful implementation of these features has transformed AskSamie into a comprehensive tool for occupational therapists. The Shopify integration ensures the link with the AskSamie store, a seamless cart-sharing experience, while the advanced diagnosis list and tagging system provide powerful customization and search capabilities. With the addition of an admin panel for therapist management, the platform is well-equipped to scale and adapt to evolving user needs, setting a new standard for efficiency and user experience in therapeutic support tools.

Automated Keyword Extraction & Campaign Generation Tool for Google Ads Specialists

Project Overview:
Over the past eight years, our client has been providing consultancy services for managing Google Ad Grants. To streamline and enhance their processes, we developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) designed to automate the scanning and analysis of non-profit organization websites. This tool assesses eligibility for Ad Grants, extracts relevant keywords, and structures them for effective campaign generation.

Key Features & Functionality:

Automated Web Crawling: The system efficiently navigates and scans all pages of a given website, extracting textual content after cleaning and structuring the data.

AI-Powered Keyword Extraction: Using advanced NLP techniques and the KeyBERT model, the tool extracts high-quality keywords from the cleaned HTML content.

Custom Keyword Clustering Algorithm: Since traditional Large Language Models (LLMs) proved ineffective for keyword classification, we developed a proprietary algorithm based on vector embeddings and angular distance measurements. This approach ensures semantically accurate keyword grouping, making the data more intuitive and useful for campaign creation.

Campaign Content Generation: Once keywords are extracted and grouped, the system generates relevant ad headlines and descriptions, optimizing them for Google Ads.

CSV Export for Google Ads Integration: Users can download the generated keyword groups, headlines, and descriptions in a CSV format that can be directly imported into Google Ads for streamlined campaign setup.

Admin Panel with API Key Management: A dedicated admin panel allows users to select and configure necessary API keys for data processing.

Crawling History & Editable Summaries: The tool maintains a history of previous scans and allows users to refine and edit keyword groups and descriptions before export.

Challenges & Solutions:

Keyword Classification with LLMs:

Initial attempts to classify keywords using LLMs resulted in poor performance.

Solution: We implemented a custom keyword grouping method based on vector embeddings. By calculating the angular distance between keyword vectors, we successfully grouped semantically similar terms.

Efficient Large-Scale Processing:

Handling extensive website data while maintaining fast processing speeds was a challenge.

Solution: By optimizing matrix operations, compressing data structures, and leveraging efficient clustering techniques, we achieved accurate results in mere milliseconds, even for large datasets.

Ensuring Accuracy in Keyword Extraction:

Traditional models often failed to identify relevant keywords effectively.

Solution: We utilized the KeyBERT model, which provides robust keyword extraction capabilities by analyzing semantic structures and generating meaningful keyword embeddings.

This innovative solution optimizes the Google Ad Grants management process, allowing non-profits to maximize their ad potential while reducing manual workload for specialists. By combining AI-driven keyword extraction with a custom clustering algorithm, we created a high-performance tool that transforms website content into actionable marketing assets.

The client aimed to build and maintain a full-fledged platform around open-source marketing mix models, focusing on maximizing their efficiency and simplicity of use. Proceeding from the prototype of the platform made by our client via ChatGPT, our main challenge encompassed further development, enhancement, and extension of an MMM platform functionality. Since the very beginning, our team prioritized separation of the existing monolith platform into independent frontend, backend, and machine learning (ML) parts. We also aimed to apply the best engineering and design practices and implement the recent technologies to further build and modernize the platform:
- Data Aggregation - utilized pandas to process data from multiple sources, included KPIs (e.g., sales volumes), external variables (e.g., seasonality), and historical data.
- Architecture - modular design with separate frontend, backend, and ML components.
- Model Management - used S3 buckets for secure and efficient model storage and management.
- Budget Optimizer - budget prediction function
- Asynchronous Model Fitting - implemented a queuing system for multiple background model fittings.
- User Interface (UI) - simple, user-friendly UI with input and output screens for easy model interaction and visualization.
- Secure email authentication and an admin panel for user management.
- APIs - facilitated seamless data transfers between infrastructure components.
- Deployment to production and maintance.

MyCache is a website that is used by multiple organizations to process grant applications and educational awards. Our team was revamping a part of the site that accepts online applications. This involved the development of new features to the website and integrating them into the existing application process and helping with basic customer support tickets. This included updating website content, pulling data from the database and exporting it into CSV files, troubleshooting errors, etc.

DropTrack is a music promotion platform, the main users of which are the owners of record companies and performers. DropTrack started with the MVP and today has the following functions: promotional mailing; download via Soundcloud; download via Dropbox; reviews; referral system for users.

The project aims to update, enhance, and innovate GateMe, an event management platform, to provide comprehensive functionalities, improved user experience, and advanced analytics for event organizers and attendees. The primary objectives are to elevate the platform's performance, introduce new features, and lay the groundwork for future enhancements within the event industry. The event management platform was overhauled. This includes conducting a thorough analysis of the platform, creating a promo code system, fixing bugs, and performing testing and QA. Thanks to the listed improvements, the client has increased user engagement, time spent on the platform, and promo code usage. They've also improved decision-making and reduced the number of issues and unresolved bugs.

Sembly AI is the platform to record, transcribe and generate smart meeting summaries with meeting minutes. Our experts worked together with the Sembly AI team. The main task we performed was to create a framework for writing bots (agents that record audio at meetings) with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, changing environment and its testing. Currently, Sembly AI is used in Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Philips, and other large companies. Sembly AI was written about in Forbes.

The platform Wildlink makes it easy for people to recommend products and get a share of the sale. When a user recommends a product, the platform automatically creates a link that points to the retailer's product page. When anyone clicks and purchases a product, the original recommender earns cash up to 5% of the transaction value.
In 2018, Forbes wrote about this product. The platform now works with the top brands you know and love, such as Puma, HP, Samsung, Booking.com, and thousands more.

Our customer is the non-profit organization Vital Voices that invests in women leaders across the globe, defining a new course for female leadership and creating a safe place for them to network. As the project was ongoing, Jellyfish.tech had to finish the MVP refactoring/stabilizing the code, and adding the core features.

– Personal profile settings. We have also remade the design, added multi-language functionality and multiple enhancements.

Finally, we refactor and stabilize the codebase to release a fully functional MVP with increased performance and a clean code that facilitates further development & support.We focused on building the community-centric minimum viable platform for the global network of women leaders, making it intuitive and easy to use. The platform allows members to explore exclusive content dedicated to members of the international community and reach to the changemakers all over the world for support, inspiration, and collaboration. The hub is already used by more than 100 members. While the development process is on pause, as the customer is getting another round of funding, we look forward to adding the features and enhancing the user experience.
