Their work on the document management system was particularly impressive. It allows users to upload, list, and present documents on the frontend with extensive search and filter capabilities. For our pricing model tool, JetSoftPro helped load data and provided mechanisms to tweak and update it, resulting in clear, actionable results. Both systems utilized .NET Core for the backend, with the document management system using Angular for the frontend and the pricing tool using ReactJS.

JetSoftPro also demonstrated their prowess in the DevOps space, developing a system for Docker containers and maintaining a continuous build and deployment process within our cloud environment. They seamlessly integrated each platform with third-party APIs, external vendors, and clients. They primarily provide Xamarin support, implementing new and complex features for our mobile apps, and they also work on various Laravel projects.

One notable project was the implementation of features in a work safety app. They added a new camera feature that allowed for overlays of prompters for the user, recording timestamps, and the ability to pause and resume recording. Managed complex product requirements to deliver a successful platform with an impressive success rate.

We needed a solution for our network of inspectors across the country to conduct business inspections and valuations remotely via video call. JetSoftPro developed a progressive web app that allowed us to control a person’s camera remotely, using WebRTC technology. This web app didn't require downloading and enabled us to capture photos and receive content remotely, leveraging individuals' cell phones.

We hired JetSoftPro to create our top product: a platform capable of teleporting people all around the world without boundaries, sharing experiences, and full 5-senses stimuli. The main challenge was to imagine something completely new both from the user interaction point of view and development. I came to JetSoftPro with an idea and an incomplete app. They provided invaluable advice from the beginning, fixing bugs and offering optimization suggestions. Ultimately, we had to rewrite the code from scratch. They’ve made the app so user-friendly that a teacher or parent can create a classroom or household setup where children receive salaries and pay bills.

JetSoftPro - this is a “one-stop shop” in software development. We develop comprehensive solutions for businesses of various levels, from Startup, ISV, SMB, and Enterprise scale with different business engagement models. We operate within the PDLC approach, meaning we develop the project at every stage from ideation to software implementation and integration, production setup and support, and digital marketing, based on usage data to improve each new iteration within our quality and security framework. We are an ideation R&D team with a high level of proactivity. We are always looking for ways for our clients to achieve their goals faster and more cost-effective than industry standards thus incorporating next of them in operations: ISO27001, ISO9001, CMM L3, GDPR, SOC2. What is the story behind starting this company?

Before JetSoftPro, I worked with the largest tech companies in Ukraine, holding C-level positions at SoftServe and ELEKS. Over the course of 30+ years, as a seasoned professional, I was a participant in shaping the software development industry and eventually saw a new opportunity because I realized that traditional outsourcing in the market was no longer sufficient. In the early days of the industry, we developed truly unique things, and clients ordered outsourcing for the sake of talent. Each client has an account manager who is always in touch and is responsible for the success of our project in the client's business. Since we work with various staffing models, payments are also collected in different ways. This is always convenient for the client, as they always have a clear understanding of what they are paying for, the ability to track the workload on their team, and their progress in real-time. Most often, we practice monthly payments based on the results of work simply because it suits everyone.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

Qualifying projects by budget contradict our one-stop-shop concept. We handle any job and are ready to offer any assistance in the technology industry. Our processes are designed in such a way that the amount of organizational work is equally low for both large and small projects.
