Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
JetSoftPro - this is a “one-stop shop” in software development. We develop comprehensive solutions for businesses of various levels, from Startup, ISV, SMB, and Enterprise scale with different business engagement models. We operate within the PDLC approach, meaning we develop the project at every stage from ideation to software implementation and integration, production setup and support, and digital marketing, based on usage data to improve each new iteration within our quality and security framework. We are an ideation R&D team with a high level of proactivity. We are always looking for ways for our clients to achieve their goals faster and more cost-effective than industry standards thus incorporating next of them in operations: ISO27001, ISO9001, CMM L3, GDPR, SOC2. That's why our solutions always meet clients’ expectations and are efficient and reliable. I lead JetSoftPro, and for me, this is a very important project because it revolutionizes the approach to software development outsourcing. While other companies only offer to perform a set of tasks, we think as partners to our clients, bringing technical expertise to the table. This is how we make every business we are working with stronger, more efficient, and more successful.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Before JetSoftPro, I worked with the largest tech companies in Ukraine, holding C-level positions at SoftServe and ELEKS. Over the course of 30+ years, as a seasoned professional, I was a participant in shaping the software development industry and eventually saw a new opportunity because I realized that traditional outsourcing in the market was no longer sufficient. In the early days of the industry, we developed truly unique things, and clients ordered outsourcing for the sake of talent. Later, software development became an attractive industry, and the number of programmers trained superficially but capable of performing tasks in specific frameworks or tools increased.
As a result, development standards were established, and now 70% of the code written by people can be written by artificial intelligence. Over a decade ago, I realized that the technology sector was gradually losing its advantages, and it was time to create solutions to business problems rather than just writing code in an outstaff model.
Personal creativity, accountability, ownership, and responsibility for the final team result is part of the corporate culture of great teamwork. For this purpose, I created JetSoftPro as a platform that, in perspective, will automate the interaction between development teams and their clients’ efficient collaboration, and ongoing development quality management, and generate solutions mutually beneficial to our businesses.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Since we are a one-stop shop, we offer various collaboration models. It can be a dedicated team, time and material, solution-based, cost+, or even a fixed price. We also have a brilliant R&D team that supports development teams in resolving any uncertainties to guarantee the result. We assemble teams for specific tasks or provide individual developers for staffing. Always - to complete the client's task quickly and at a reasonable price. We have set up our work so that the client does not worry about organizational details. It is enough for them to come to us with a vision of the task, and we take care of everything else, from team composition to marketing when the product is launched.

Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
First and foremost, this involves software development for startups, SMBs, and big corporations, business automation solutions, and security solutions. We are also frequently approached for R&D in the fields of military, drones, and artificial intelligence. We develop websites and mobile applications, and we also provide marketing services for newly developed products. One of our most popular services is legacy product modernization in line with new challenges, as well as technological consulting and security audits.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
As you can see, on GoodFirms, we have only 5 stars. Our rating on Clutch is 4.8 after 15 years in the market, and I believe this is a representative figure. We deal with complex projects, often with clients who don't have a clear understanding of what they need at the start. That's why we put in a lot of effort to ensure the result satisfies the client. I can't recall a single case where we left a client dissatisfied. We take on all the risks associated with developing fundamentally new products. If we commit to doing something, we will do it.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Each client has an account manager who is always in touch and is responsible for the success of our project in the client's business. There is also a project manager for ongoing communication on technical and organizational matters, and in practice, their communication with the client is reduced to synchronization calls once a week or every two weeks, where the client receives a report and comments that provide a clear picture of the project's development stage. Additionally, the client has a delivery manager, and a technology expert, who provides insights on how to simplify and enhance the product. We support clients for years after development and are always ready to help with new challenges.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Since we work with various staffing models, payments are also collected in different ways. This is always convenient for the client, as they always have a clear understanding of what they are paying for, the ability to track the workload on their team, and their progress in real-time. Most often, we practice monthly payments based on the results of work simply because it suits everyone.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Qualifying projects by budget contradict our one-stop-shop concept. We handle any job and are ready to offer any assistance in the technology industry. Our processes are designed in such a way that the amount of organizational work is equally low for both large and small projects. Almost all of it is automated, allowing us to take on both small and huge projects. Nevertheless, most often, clients approach us with requests that involve work spanning 3 to 12 months.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?
From $50 000 to $1 000 000.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
I am focused on changing the approach to scaled outsourcing Uber-like business model. We will continuously improve our process automation until we fully automate this mechanism that connects clients and developers and controls every development stage on code quality, security gaps, performance, efficiency and scalable architecture, and infrastructure building. I am confident that this model will outlast many companies that will cease to exist in the next 10 years, unable to compete with artificial intelligence and low-code/no-code platforms. I am certain that we have a bright future in the global economy.
