Excels at overcoming development challenges with clear, responsive communication
We turn to JetSoftPro for especially difficult development issues. They always have the expertise required to solve any issue we run into. They are particularly useful when navigating DevOps environments, as they are skilled in every pipeline tool with which we have been confronted, from version control all the way to production orchestration.
This project accomplished many objectives. The original code in a PHP application was poorly written and needed to be refactored and optimized. We needed somebody who could make sense of the code and update it in preparation for provisioning additional instances for new clients in a new environment.
JetSoftPro was able to organize a team perfectly matched to the project. As unexpected needs arose, they were able to grow the team to add the specific talent required to resolve the issues. They were quickly able to reproduce an environment for development, establish a code repository, and begin working on functional code. Software versions were out of date, so we updated them. Security was outdated, so we hardened the environment. Though our original focus was on development, JetSoftPro was able to modernize and automate the entire process into a DevOps pipeline, which dramatically improved the software modification process. This has made ongoing development and maintenance much better as well.
I had the privilege of meeting the executives of JetSoftPro many years ago while visiting Lviv, Ukraine. I kept in contact with the CEO (Serhiy) as their organization grew. I have called upon JetSoftPro for smaller projects, and when I was tasked with finding a solution to this development task, I was fully confident that they were equal to the task. I was able to request that some of the previous developers I had worked with also work on this project, and they were able to accommodate my request.
Every project with JetSoftPro always starts with a SCRUM Master/Project Leader whose primary task is to help define the project and build the SCRUM Team. This project was larger in scope than the others we have done in the past, so there were more team members. We had Developers and Operations on the team. When required, our team was able to call upon additional team members for expertise needed for specific tasks. There was always accountability for the hours consumed with a breakdown of tasks associated with the hours worked by each team member.

Their responsiveness to every single thing I needed. It's as if they've all been internally trained to find solutions and to minimize complications for their clients. Even though English is not the primary language of Ukraine, I was very impressed with the language competency of everybody with whom I worked. There was never a language barrier, which is rare. For context, I have worked with several organizations prior to JetSoftPro in five non-English-speaking countries, and JetSoftPro was, by far, the best at clear and effective communication in English.

JetSoftPro developed a real-time robotics control Windows-based application for configuring, tracking, and controlling the industrial Gecko and Tactile robot grippers. These innovative robots revolutionize human-robot collaboration, being the world's first market-ready adhesive gripping solution. They can easily pick up flat and smooth surfaces, such as solar panels and metal sheets, as well as more porous surfaces like printed circuit boards. By eliminating the need for compressed air and hose systems, these robots reduce energy and maintenance costs and improve the work environment by minimizing noise and dust.
Throughout the project, JetSoftPro demonstrated their commitment and expertise. They meticulously itemized their work, notating each quarter-hour, which allowed us to review their progress iteratively. Their high-quality work and professionalism are the reasons we've continued doing business with them. Although there are challenges with remote partnerships, JetSoftPro made it feel like the next best option to having an in-house team.
We had daily meetings twice a week and demos every Friday. Communication was primarily via email, Skype, and JIRA for project management. JetSoftPro's team was diligent, eager to get things right, and provided the best value.

Our organization, which has been around for about ten years, decided it was time to optimize our online platforms to maximize our reach and services. JetSoftPro joined our software development pipeline, working in sprints with our internal engineering team to build an application and a CMS platform using our existing tech stack. They also handle app maintenance, ensuring our newly built application always functions optimally. Recently, we tasked them with developing an experience portal to serve as the main avenue for all our digital operations.

We operate within the PDLC approach, meaning we develop the project at every stage from ideation to software implementation and integration, production setup and support, and digital marketing, based on usage data to improve each new iteration within our quality and security framework. We are an ideation R&D team with a high level of proactivity. We are always looking for ways for our clients to achieve their goals faster and more cost-effective than industry standards thus incorporating next of them in operations: ISO27001, ISO9001, CMM L3, GDPR, SOC2. What is the story behind starting this company?
Before JetSoftPro, I worked with the largest tech companies in Ukraine, holding C-level positions at SoftServe and ELEKS. Over the course of 30+ years, as a seasoned professional, I was a participant in shaping the software development industry and eventually saw a new opportunity because I realized that traditional outsourcing in the market was no longer sufficient. In the early days of the industry, we developed truly unique things, and clients ordered outsourcing for the sake of talent. Later, software development became an attractive industry, and the number of programmers trained superficially but capable of performing tasks in specific frameworks or tools increased.
As a result, development standards were established, and now 70% of the code written by people can be written by artificial intelligence. Over a decade ago, I realized that the technology sector was gradually losing its advantages, and it was time to create solutions to business problems rather than just writing code in an outstaff model.
Personal creativity, accountability, ownership, and responsibility for the final team result is part of the corporate culture of great teamwork. Since we work with various staffing models, payments are also collected in different ways. This is always convenient for the client, as they always have a clear understanding of what they are paying for, the ability to track the workload on their team, and their progress in real-time. Most often, we practice monthly payments based on the results of work simply because it suits everyone.

Qualifying projects by budget contradict our one-stop-shop concept. We handle any job and are ready to offer any assistance in the technology industry.
