They were easy to communicate with, responsive and helpful with testing and bug fixes.

Our team has worked with Komanda on a few projects where they developed the website, and we supported the QA. We tested features, scenarios, and provided feedback for release.
The process was easy. They were receptive to feedback and did a lot of work to address any problems, which made things easier. There wasn't much going back and forth - we were able to keep things moving at a good speed and didn't overcomplicate communication.
Releasing was trouble-free. There were few surprises, and the launches went without a hitch. In general, it seemed everyone was on the same page, instead of simply passing the baton.

Front-end and back-end work, integrations, fixes, and continuous improvement were done by Komanda depending on the scope of the project. The most remarkable was their ease of work with them, they could communicate clearly, implement without any difficulties and not to be under constant supervision.

Komanda was introduced to us to assist our agency and partner-related programs as our own company team worked on the main product. They assisted us in front-end development, UI modifications, and resellers and partners-specific pages.
The fact that they could integrate with our current workflow was what we liked the most. Long onboarding or micromanagement were not needed and they figured out the context fast and adhered to our internal processes. There was no problem with communication, tasks were on time and of consistent quality.
The integration allowed us to create a more accelerated, but not losing on stability and UX quality. It was more of collaborating with a large internal team than a supplier.

Easy interaction, fast dispatch and a tidy output that was well beyond the expectations.

We contracted Komanda to assist us in the betterment of one of our service pages. This was aimed at modernizing it, speeding it up, and simplifying navigation by the visitors. They began with brief UX audit, layout and content optimization proposals and proceeded with redesign and front end development.

Our clients most frequently apply for the development of WordPress websites, involving strategic planning, design, development, and optimization for high performance aligned with their business needs. The second most popular clients’ request is our support and enhancement of the existing websites, where we need to implement the ideas from marketing departments, do the integrations with the external services, or do the monitoring of the site’s performance.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We do our best to be sure that our clients are satisfied with the results. Our main aim is to exceed their expectations by providing high-quality services and delivering a personalized approach. We listen to their needs, understand their desires, and take them into account in every step of the project’s work. Of course, I am not a storyteller, and I couldn’t tell you that all our projects were successful. However, I truly believe, that all our failures are our opportunities to be better step by step, which is what we continuously do—enhance our level of service and results.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We provide comprehensive technical support to our clients:  from monitoring the site's well-being to the implementation of new features and creating sections.  From website content creation to server configurations and implementing SEO recommendations. In general, we handle everything related to the website's technical aspects.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
It could be any of the proposed options. But there's one we and all our clients love - when we work on project tasks and invoice only for those tasks that have been completed, verified, and accepted by the client. In other words, the client pays for results, not the process.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, we have requirements for the minimum project budget that we find suitable to work with. For projects requiring technical support, it's from 30 hours or $750-900, depending on the tasks. For development from scratch, budgets start from $3000 for corporate websites or online stores. But we always strive to find a cost-effective solution that suits everyone - we know how to optimize the process and find solutions that allow budget reduction without compromising quality.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?
The minimum budget was $0. We have our volunteer fund, which covers assistance to various non-profit organizations and charities needing improvements on their websites or creating sites from scratch. The maximum was around $20000. By the way, it involved technical support and development for a large technology company's website.
