What is the story behind starting this company?
Before this I was working with a startup in tech in product development the idea was good everything was fantastic we were very positive about the startup.
One thing like every startup we need funding to scale it up. we also got some funding but by the time something happens and they have to close their
operations but I was very disappointed I was 100% sure this product going to hit the market. we were very popular in the local city still we closed.
Then I thought I can do this better with full of energy I started my company. Many ups and down we reached here.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We Provide Software services. We have our in-house team of engineers. We have specific domains we work only those domains(gaming, restaurant, logistics, CRM, and IoT). We have expertise in these. We Provide guaranteed products on time to clients what we committed to them. This is our USP also.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Most companies deliver products but then after they do not deliver them cost-effective maintenance or they do not give them solutions for user retention, behavioral analysis, and other user attraction tools. We will provide all tools so clients able to sustain and grow in the market
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We will provide all tools so clients able to sustain and grow in the market. We serve specific food & restaurant, Gaming, Restaurant, and FMCG industries. Our approx. 70-80 percent of clients are repetitive.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
90 %. We use various effective approaches use to meet client's requirements on time.
1. Wireframing and mockups. With the wireframes and mockups, we visualize our final product if clients want changes he can do them at a time of wireframing so it saves our development time.
2. Microservice architecture:- with the help of microservice we can smoothly manage large projects. we can make a separate environment for separate services
3. Load Testing :- with help of load testing and check performance and scalability of our product .

We have a robust communication channel for clients and the team. We use tools (like jira)for project management(task management, bugs management, and reporting).
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Pay per Milestones. We also provide dedicated resources hourly or monthly basis.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
There are no minimum budget criteria. We give more preference to the client and his idea and his vision than his budget.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
minimum budget = 5000 USD and Maximum is 40000 USD.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
In the past 6 years, we served many clients many of them manage to get unexceptional growth, many of them got millions of funding. We always try to provide our best and innovative service to our clients to help them to their business growth. About the next 10 years, I can not say the number but definitely, we want to achieve 100% client satisfaction. Not even single client either low budget or high budget will not be unhappy with us.
