BackupTyping faced challenges in efficiently managing the transcription process, which includes receiving jobs (documents, audios, instructions), processing them, and delivering the finished work to clients. Leanware addressed these challenges by developing an end-to-end digital platform, which included both a Mobile App and a Web App. This platform streamlined the entire business process, from job receipt to delivery.

To solve these issues, Leanware engineered an end-to-end digital platform that streamlines these processes. 

It allows therapists to easily book appointments, create billing statements, share forms, and view client information and notes. 

Meanwhile, clients benefit from features like selecting a therapist through an intelligent, matching system, reviewing therapy notes, updating their profile information, changing payment methods, downloading receipts, and customizing appointment reminders.

Groundlight is an innovative application that leverages Machine Learning Models and Computer Vision algorithms to analyze images. They approached Leanware in search of a reliable partner to enhance their product capabilities and transition into the SaaS phase.

Groundlight's technology enables users to ask questions about an image in a video stream, such as inquiring about the status of doors (open or closed) or safety measures in industries, based on the use of safety helmets by personnel, among many other use cases.
