Challange

ClearPoint Strategy needed a new visual reporting module for their platform used by Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and hospitals across the US. Designs were completed by a partner design studio - we were responsible for technical implementation. The module required complex drag-and-drop functionality, live data updates, pulling data from existing system, and seamless integration with years-old codebase. The client lacked resources to manage external development and needed an autonomous team that could handle architectural decisions and technical execution independently.
