Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a mobile app.
It mainly depends on the customers’ budget and the kind of application they want to build. Based on their requirements, we can evaluate the time that will be taken to design, develop, and do QA checks. It then becomes easier for us to evaluate the approximate time frame for developing an application.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile application?
I think front end and back end development kind of occupy the same amount of time. The backend development consists of 2 parts – API and Admin Panel. And the front end development will be based on whether it is an Android app or an iOS app. So, it requires an equal amount of time mostly.
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors / outsourcing?
We have a complete in-house team that takes care of all the projects that we cater. We do not outsource anything.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
We as a company are interested in long term relationships. Our work processes are flexible and organised in such a way that provides convenient transfer of knowledge, prototypes, design, code, commits history, documentation, backlogs and sprints as quickly as possible, so any new person from either side can get into business without extra hassle.
Also, the quality that we provide in the amount that we charge is something that helps clients gain benefit out of their business.
Also, the quality that we provide in the amount that we charge is something that helps clients gain benefit out of their business.
What are the industries that you generally cater to? What are your main client focus (Small business, medium business, large business, start-ups)?
We do not limit ourselves to any industry or any business model. We work with all sorts of companies with different business models.
Apart from mobile app development, are there any other services that you offer? If yes, what technologies you use in those respective services?
There are some other services also that we offer like web development, mobile apps development, and game development at times. The technologies that we use for different services are based on the projects and the tasks related.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a mobile application?
The decision of selecting the right platform involves some important parameters like what is the target audience for the mobile application and what is the market fit of the application.
Which platform do you suggest your clients to begin with when they approach you with an idea (Android or iOS) and why?
It completely depends on situation to situation. Deciding on a platform to build the application depends on customer goals and their limitations.
Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?
You can use a native platform if:
- Your application requires full access to the phone’s resources and services;
- You want your app to be as responsive as possible;
- The app has to work offline;
- Your app should have maximum efficiency when using the device’s hardware.
You can use a hybrid platform if:
- You can live with lower responsiveness;
- You do not intend your app to contain complex animation or carry out calculations;
- Your app requires stable Internet connection to download content;
- You need to enter the market quickly to test your idea;
- You have a website and you want to turn it into an app for a minimal price.

What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?
We take into account the following factors before deciding the cost of a mobile application – the client’s global task understanding, the amount of efforts required from our side, strictness of NDA and future perspective with a client.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
The payment structure to be followed depends on the clients. With different clients and situations, we approach with different models. However, we are open to any kind of payment structure.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Our minimum budget requirement is US$4000.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2015?
The price range would be US$4000 to US$100000.
Which business model do you suggest to your clients enabling them to generate revenue from mobile applications? Why?
Generating revenue from a mobile application depends on the project again. Based on the project details, sometimes subscriptions is the best fit, sometimes Freemium and sometimes internal money or transaction-based approach.
