SkyEcho is a company that develops next-generation High Definition urban rainfall and storm monitoring software. It does this with higher quality than what is currently available on the market.
Weather is becoming more localized and areas of heavy rain are often right next to areas of very little rain. One block could get a downpour whereas the next block over could stay dry! Being able to foresee flooding problems and forecast which part of a city will stay dry is of significant importance for festival organizers, government emergency services workers, and even day-to-day cyclists and pedestrians commuting to and from work. Currently, other apps are not detailed and reliable enough to provide High Definition weather planning up to an hour into the future.
Together with Lizard Global, SkyEcho was able to design an application to visualize High Definition weather forecasts created by SkyEcho and their detailed weather models. The SkyEcho application provides up-to-the-minute High Definition rain forecasts for the Rotterdam area up to 60 minutes into the future. It provides this forecasting detail down to an area smaller than a city block.
Bricklinq is in the real estate business, aiming to connect homeowners and HOAs with information about their houses, tenants and more. Bricklinq aims to become the solution for managing real estate properties and connecting service suppliers.
Property owners have to perform an extensive amount of steps to manage and expand their real estate portfolio. There are few options to outsource the portfolio work to, and no good software solution to help you. Bricklinq recognised this gap and sought an app developer.

Van Eijck is an international car rescue company, specialized in car and truck transport and storage, assistance and replacement transport. During the summer months, Van Eijck provides consumer service by offering replacement transports when travellers are stranded during the trip to their summer holiday location.
Van Eijck has experienced many low-quality development companies that tried to digitize their complex processes and infrastructure. Van Eijck reached out to Delta-N to another Dutch IT-company, to digitise its processes, gaining more efficiency and legal coverage according to the Dutch insurance system.

This app is for internal use - and is used to gather data from the motorist on location, which the office staff can use to follow up on each incident.
Brunott is a Dutch retailer that deals in luxurious, high-end jewellery and watches. Brunott was having trouble excelling in their customer service and be able to convert their potential customers into loyal ones. There was no centralised system to monitor purchase behaviours or preferences.
By using Salesforce as a CRM-system, we were able to automate and optimise their existing digital customer relations. The retail employees and managers were able to have an overview of their customers to be able to better serve them.
Aposto is a company that is working on bettering the onboarding, briefing, and knowledge transfer of key safety and event information from event/location to employee. Aposto aims to realise this through an adequate platform, easily accessible and internalisable by employees.
Staging/Event Managers struggle to make sure that employees assigned to their events are properly trained and retain the information they are given to ensure a pleasant experience for the guests. Temporary employees are solely given short fact sheets or a verbal briefing when their shift starts.

Clear Vision Cooling (CVC) is a company fabricating commercial refrigeration doors, LEDs, and profiles using their own smart factory. These products are similar to the ones you would find in your local grocery store’s cooling section. The factory is almost completely autonomous and controlled by a dozen self-driving robots.
Currently, a Production Manager (PM) uses an Excel-spreadsheet to plan and arrange the orders for the factory lines. This is cumbersome, slow, non-scalable, and prone to errors. Furthermore, as the factory offers just-in-time products, managing the planning is manual and prone to errors as priorities shift continuously.
The goal of the CVC Dashboard is to provide a planning dashboard that gives the Production Manager insight into the current and upcoming factory orders (primary and secondary orders), which they can schedule and adjust in order to make the factory optimally efficient, meet CVC’s customer order needs, and provide an excellent customer experience.
RiA is a corporate risk solution platform devised by Human Capital Services (HCS). HCS provides support for employers and employees in cases of disabilities that restrict employees from performing their job. RiA is a tool to analyse the possible risk in a company with disabled employees. The tool is used by analysts to efficiently identify and reduce risk for the employer and give guidance to the employee by means of a periodical risk analysis.
In The Netherlands, we have a complex Social Security system, full of financial obligations and complex legal procedures, which often cause difficulties for both the employer and employee in cases of illness or disability. However, there are many ways for employers to prevent unnecessary expenses, to minimize and control absence, and minimize the effects of an employee’s disability on the job. Creating a single and central platform for efficient risk analyses is a very complex task. Not only did we create a fully functional and flawless software tool, but there are also lots of laws and regulations involved in the process of risk identification and reduction.
Together with Lizard Global, HCS developed a solution for facilitating the handling of employees who are unable to perform their job because of illness or disability. The RiA platform provides oversight of companies, their details, and running questionnaires and risk analyses for employers, employees, administrators, back-office managers, and analysts.
RiA platform guides both employees and employers in this process and makes sure all decision-making procedures are correctly executed, documented, and saved. All with a close eye on user-focused efficiency. The Tracker Apps team is comprised of educational experts with a passion for supporting student agencies through self-awareness.They achieve this by providing feedback to students and teachers to develop their skills and curriculum implementation of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes.
Through two products, Skill Tracker and Service Tracker, students are encouraged to individually track ATL skill development and record service learning plans, activities, reflection and experience. Teachers can easily track student progress, students take ownership of their ATL kill development.
The IB’s Diploma Programme (DP) requires schools to properly record, evidence and report the skills that students are honing. Students should service learning with the development of learner profile attributes and approaches to learning skills (ATLs): there should be one coherent platform to realise this.
WAPA/Proteus Risk Solutions is a maritime insurance broker, currently insuring more than 100 off-shore vessels against risks of war, theft, and damages caused by ice or other external factors. The web platform provides users with real-time tracking technologies, proactively tracking vessels, voyages, and HRA’s (High Risk Areas), in order to estimate the exposure to theft or damages.
Lizard Global provides the client with real-time tracking technologies by means of an AIS (Automatic Identification System). The AIS tracks the vessel through satellites and provides information through an API. This information consists of a unique identity (IMO) number of the vessel, together with the position, course, and speed of that vessel. On the WAPA/Proteus desktop platform, users can login to see the status of their vessel’s current location, velocity, and direction, which consist of three colours: green (clear of any risks and recently tracked), orange (possibility to enter an HRA within 24 hours), and red (currently inside an HRA, or not being tracked for more than 24 hours). Users of the platform can manage and edit their policies, fleet, risk zones, map and list view, vessels, daily digest, and voyages within the War Additional Premium Application interface.
The Skoon Cloud is a cutting-edge piece of software, which forms an efficient solution for the automation of logistics, as well as real-time battery monitoring and data tracking. Together with Lizard Global, Skoon created an online user-friendly and secured desktop and mobile platform, in which all data can be processed, analyzed, and stored safely. The Skoon Cloud platform provides clean data visualisations and space for flawless communication between owners and users of energy storage. All to provide large-scale deployment of mobile and clean energy on demand.

With just a couple of clicks on your device, your order is delivered to your doorstep and the party can continue. With a mobile bar, music, a bartender on location, and loyalty and reward integrations, the Drinkies app has it all.
Suspicious Antwerp is an Antwerp-based lifestyle streetwear company that offers unisex clothes internationally via its own website. Philipe Libert and Frederik Janssens started the company in 2017 as part of a project during their studies at the University of Antwerp.
Suspicious Antwerp only used to have a webshop, but not a mobile app. E-commerce platforms that do not offer a mobile app might not provide the full experience to their customers. After all, the world is moving towards mobile, mobile apps are faster than web apps, and they offer greater functionality as they have access to system resources.
The solution of Suspicious Antwerp consists of a mobile e-commerce application for iOS and Android. With this application, Suspicious Antwerp can place its full brand experience in the pockets of its customers.
Currently, there are quite a few Sudoku applications on the market. However, most of those applications have old school designs and functions, limited amounts of puzzles, and the application is not being updated with new content. The few good sudoku applications are packed with ads, which negatively impacts the gaming experience. In addition, there is no sudoku application on the market yet that allows users to scan a hardcopy sudoku puzzle and turn it into a digital version in your app.
Together with the clients of The Better Sudoku, we designed and developed a cutting-edge sudoku application, allowing users to solve puzzles without ads, purchase premium subscriptions to play medium and high difficulty levels and scan hard copy sudoku puzzles (e.g. from your newspaper) to play them on their mobile phone. The mobile app also includes comprehensive statistics of your puzzle progress over time.
Together with Lion & Lion, Lizard Global created a platform driven by gamification that results in loyalty and rewards by earning Points & Koins. Points are used for leaderboards and koins can be used to buy vouchers and products that were connected to Merchants for whom we built a redemption platform based on QR codes. The main target was to engage with the users via the platform, to ultimately push them towards the merchants at onsite locations or purchasing products/services online.
Status-K lets users discover the world of mobile games in a new and exciting way. Join klans, discover various districts and unlock new districts by battling leaderboards with other klans. Together with Venture Café, Lizard Global developed a web application through which companies can place vacancies for free, which can be found by talents looking for a job. The mobile and desktop application allow employers to efficiently upload job offers and lets job seekers search and select jobs that fit their desired description.
The Venture Café Rotterdam Foundation is a part of the Global Venture Café Foundation. The organization was founded in 2010, in the Boston Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) and is an independent non-profit organization. Venture Café Rotterdam is the first European expansion. Other several Venture Cafés are located in Boston, St. Louis, Miami, and Winston-Salem. In 2018, the movement will expand to Philadelphia (USA), Warsaw (Poland) and Tokyo (Japan), and with more exciting locations in the pipeline.
Venture Cafe’s main activities take place during their weekly network event on Thursdays. However, they were seeking ways to extend their reach so they went to search for an online solution. They asked Lizard Global to develop a talent portal with the goal to connect candidates with companies that are looking for new talent by sharing job offers and allow candidates to search for them in an interactive manner.
Heineken is a large and renowned Dutch brewery, always looking for new opportunities regarding technological advancements and innovation that can give their customer services a positive boost.
After developing the Drinkies application together with Heineken, the client wanted bars that use Heineken as a preferred supplier to be promoted more. By having a highlighted spot in the app, consumers are stimulated to go to these specific bars and drink Heineken’s products.
Lizard Global added loyalty & rewards functionalities to the Drinkies application with the feature “Star Bars”, which refers to the bars where Heineken is the preferred supplier. This way, consumers are more likely to visit the listed bars.

PeopleHive is an HR consultancy company based in Malaysia, aimed at creating a Strategic Corporate Culture Fit within organisations. They do so by collaborating with organisations’ key stakeholders to find corporate cultural values closest to the foundation, strategy, and goals of the organisation.
Organizations can use the PeopleHive application in order to create insights into their internal cultural alignment and potential solutions for improving this alignment.
Together with The PeopleHive, Lizard Global designed a mobile application which has the purpose of assessing cultural alignment within organisations based on their competencies, norms, and values. By sending out surveys to all employees, it is possible to indicate the extent to which the desired norms and values are present among organisational members.
With the current COVID-19 vaccination program being rolled out in the Netherlands, people are being required to be present at their vaccination appointments on time. However, this can form a challenge for people who are unable to travel on their own, such as older populations, less-abled people, or those simply not in possession of a car. For these people, the team of Transvision wanted to create a mobility solution that allows users to easily book and prepay for a taxi to and from a vaccination location.
Together with Lizard Global, Transvision created VaxiTaxi - a prepaid taxi booking site specifically meant to help those who need transportation to and from their vaccination location. With their vaccination appointment in hand, users can easily book a taxi to get to and from COVID-19 vaccination.
A severe Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) at the young age of 16 changed Nicole’s life forever. With only a 30% chance of survival, it was difficult to keep hoping for a positive future. Nicole managed to turn the severity of the situation into a passionate motivator to prove that she could overcome her injuries. She believes that healing from brain injury is about much more than anatomy and physiology, and her initiative of “Holding On To Hope” has been brought to life to assist others in reaching their highest potential.

In order to maximise their functionality, it is crucial that they and the people around them are guided with the right tools and resources. Currently, there are several digital solutions that offer possibilities that contribute to the recovery of these people. These applications, however, do not offer the required ecosystem that supports the entire process from beginning to end in a guided way.

Stefan and Carmen of Connected Global noticed an unsolved issue regarding the exchange of business cards. The global COVID-19 pandemic cancelled most in-person network events all over the world, which caused the exchange of business cards to come to a halt. Luckily, the innovative two-headed team of Connected Global quickly identified the problem and came up with an inspiring solution: digital business cards.
When doing business, exchanging contact information is one of the most critical steps in the networking process. However, printed business cards are becoming outdated. It's easy to lose them, and piling them up on your desk doesn't help with following up on leads and business opportunities. Besides that, cancelled networking events have caused the exchange of physical business cards to almost completely die out. Up until now, there has been no solution on the market that offers a digital version of your business card, including the functionality to customize and share your design with the world.
Together with Stefan and Carmen of Globiz, Lizard Global created a mobile application that allows users to create their own virtual business cards and share them via a personal QR code or link. The app also offers a business card wallet, which you can use to collect other business cards, without them getting lost on your desk. You can even customize your own business card with a unique design and invite your team members to your account to share your unique business card design.
Golden Hearing is an application that has the goal to track and record specific emotional responses to music based on biometric data. This will result in new insights into how people react to music.
Music can, and often do, have an emotional impact on its listeners (think of how one gets goosebumps when listening to a particular song that has a lot of meaning to you). However, these responses have not yet been measured in a meaningful way.
Lizard Global developed the Golden Hearing EmoPulse app, which integrates with activity trackers. Through real-time connections and data streaming, emotional responses can be linked to music people are listening to in a meaningful way via cutting-edge technology.
Bouwmaterialen Nederland (BMN) offers a wide range of materials and services for professional builders under one roof; From wood and plate, structural work, chemicals & binders, finishing, tiles to hardware and tools.
BMN has a social mission: offering affordable housing for people with lower incomes. Their original process often consists of long and personal visits to houses, of which the results had to be manually digitized and subsequently ordered at BMN. A solution for more efficient service was needed.
The BMN Connect app offers full-service measurement and task management tooling to building companies and contractors. Using the app, the user was able to measure and order new products for the entire house: from a new kitchen to isolation, doors, building materials and more.
Eric Beh is the young CEO of Beh Manufacturing, an entrepreneur that's very excited about transforming ideas into new businesses. He came to Lizard Global to turn his ideas into a high-quality application, focusing on the Malaysian market.
The current market for graphic novels and comics is not serving all its stakeholders. For example, translators get paid directly without any share of the residuals or sales to which the original author is entitled. This is largely due to a lack of structure and mechanisms within current digital solutions and the limited number of features offered to all relevant stakeholders, like authors, editors, translators and readers.
Together with Beh Manufacturing, Lizard Global created an MVP of a digital environment where people with a passion for reading novels can access novels they’re interested in. The two-sided marketplace of One Tail Dragon allows users to upload and manage their own novels, as well as searching and reading other novels in its extensive library. The product at this phase will serve as a proof-of-concept in order to get investors aboard in the journey to create a full ecosystem that brings Authors, Translators, and Readers together on a single platform.
ImagineDish is a company that recognized that the best memories with friends and family are made over a meal. They should be remembered forever and ImagineDish has an innovative way to capture and keep your most delicious memories.
ImagineDish realized that currently there is no app where you can see real pictures of real food at restaurants and get recommendations from your friends about where to go and eat. Many apps focus on large groups of reviews as opposed to providing recommendations and reviews from your friends - who know you best.
We provided an iOS app that allows a user to check out what is nearby to discover great restaurants and dishes, follow your foodie-friends, view their stories in an easy-to-understand overview; and share your own experiences.
A successfully completed MVP was delivered to the client which lets the user capture photos, filter based on custom filters and create their own food diaries. These stories can be shared among their group of friends within the application.

Through rapid prototyping, we made a clickable demo that incorporated the core ideas of EliteXMentors as a product. More masterclasses can be added frequently in an efficient manner. Combined with the interactive nature of the masterclasses this results in users getting their money’s worth out of masterclasses.
Feet Clinic is a startup concept which will function as an intermediate platform between patients, pedologists, feet products supplies, and in a later phase also health agencies and insurance companies.
Foot care is always a low priority for people but one of the core causes of health complaints. Feet Clinic strives to help members by providing preventative information, access to purchase specialized foot-related products, and connect with specialists - none of which is readily available in the marketplace currently.
