Furniture Store Web Development and Social Media Marketing We brought Logo Design Matix on to handle the web development and social media marketing for our furniture store. The aim was to deliver a new, improved and user friendly website and set up high visibility on all social media platforms that sell more as well as build the website.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They were able to get the most of the designs with a good amount of functionality. You also have an elegant and easy-to-navigate website, and the social media content was just what we needed to define our brand and how we appeared to the people we needed to engage with.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The only thing that could be better was their response time, especially in the early days of the project. While a number of design elements and content tweaks took longer than expected, which delayed the full timeline, the overall result will necessarily have a positive impact on your technology brand. The point was that it would really have helped if there had been more proactive communication at this stage.

The result was as we had expected!

They were thoroughly professional, took time to understand our needs and business objectives. They provided us with a simple and easy to use, clean site with better navigation, quicker load speeds, and mobile responsive. They were also very proactive with communication throughout the project, giving regular updates and clear timelines. This was a smooth process in which the team adjusted to our feedback. But there were some slight delays at the very end which could have been avoided. However, all in all, the result was as we had expected!

Since our project required developing a website in accordance to latest standards with their respective standards, we assigned Logo Design Matix for this task. The project involved designing, developing, and optimizing a new website with enhanced features, look and feel, user experience, and performance across a range of devices.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I was very impressed with the team’s attention to detail, from design elements to functions. They also turned around quickly on any changes we requested, to deliver a final product that matched

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The only part that could have been better was the timing for the final delivery. The team did an excellent job overall; however, things were delayed a bit at the tail end of the project. Having it completed in time and updating consistently each week was something that could have made the experience better.
