We brought Lynksen in to rethink how we present a broad and hard-to-explain product range, and they engaged with it as a design problem rather than a page-building exercise. Having a working staging site up early meant we were reacting to something real rather than static mockups. When written explanations would have been ambiguous, they recorded Loom videos to show us instead. They also pushed back when our feedback was too vague to act on, which we valued far more than polite agreement. It was a long project with plenty of creative discussion, and not every round was straightforward. The quality never wavered, though, and the result speaks for itself. We're still working with them.
