Trygg helps in keeping the field staff and security managers constantly connected. This provides security and risk management solutions to staff in unstable or complex environments, worldwide.

Trygg being an incident report system, empowers security managers to capture inputs from users when they encounter any abnormal situations like accidents or natural hazards. These mishaps are considered as “Incidents”. When there is an incident reported, security managers with the help of the mobile application locates the users in the field using GPS coordinates.

  • Security managers do have the option of sending notifications constantly to the users until the abnormal situation is resolved for the user. "Panic Mode" is the key feature of this app, which is an emergency mode that alerts the security managers on a priority basis. It has the ability to record audio from the user's devices when it is switched ON. It then sends the live data to the security managers for a further alert. Only the security managers can deactivate the mode, on the assurance of the user safety.
  • Trygg also has options for all the possible incidents that could happen which is predefined and is listed for the users to be viewed. Now that the incident is reported and the security managers analyse the location and decide what route is safe for them. It uses Map-Box service which shows the location visually using the GPS coordinates of incident, point of interest, users and to establish routes for the security managers and users.
  • Trygg's smartphone app is also beautifully programmed to integrate with satellite devices, incase of network loss in smartphones

FleetRover is a unique app designed for efficient real-time tracking and fleet monitoring with the ability to record each driver’s duty status automatically based on real-time data.

FleetRover consists of Android and Web applications, in which the mobile app is designed to track and monitor fleets in real-time. The mobile app tracks down the truck driving hours automatically from the truck’s ECM, whereas the fleet managers are provided with a Web App that helps in tracking their fleets efficiently. They can monitor their driver’s HoS (Hours of Service), pick-up and drop-off deliveries, and day to day works, that all fleets have to deal with.

  • When a truck moves, we calculate the speed events reported from an electronic device fitted to the truck. Then they are processed to change driver’s duty status respectively as per received speed values. With numerous logics integrated, the FleetRover mobile app tracks down the total utilized hours in Driving/OnDuty, OffDuty, Sleeping, and presents the data in an Electronic Log format to the drivers.
  • Using Fleetrover's electronic log, drivers can monitor their daily limits for Driving and rest assured with compliance, when an official begins a road-side inspection. We have implemented logics that will make fleet drivers shifts very easy, when moving from Canada to US, and vice versa. When drivers move to and fro in-between Canada and US, FleetRover switches the logics automatically(as per the respective country) and always shows the up-to-date info, to the drivers based on current HoS rules in the country(Canada/US)

You can also share the documents among the closed group or an individual with whom you wish. A shared document can be updated by anyone in the shared group and each update of the document will be notified to all the people in that group.
  • To make it more easy for the customers, Lakshmi vaults app offers predefined categories and documents where the customers can load their documents quicker and save more time than they do by other means. Customized document creation is more simple and it can be done with few clicks which saves a lot more valuable time of the customer.
  • Timely notifications in Lakshmi Vaults, act as a reminder to notify the customers for their renewals like License, Passport, and remind you for payment dues like insurance, credit card bills, and tuition fees. Red Taxi is a cab management system that is centralised to book cabs for rides, manage bookings, cab statuses and details, employees, reports, vendors and long trip details.

  • New customers can register and experience their first ride within few minutes. They can choose the drop-off place and a cab type from the available options. Confirming the booking will send the trip details to customer and to the assigned driver for reaching the pickup place. Customer can enjoy the trip safely and can use the SOS option available in the app to inform the customer support and call the emergency contact number which is opted by you.
  • Outstation Cabs can be easily booked from available cities to any other place. This helps the customers to travel for any short or long trip such as vacations/business trips. For return journeys, customers can choose the trip as Up and Down, so there is no need to book another cab in return. Using Rental Cabs a few hours trip for multiple locations within the city is made easy from hectic multiple bookings. JBY is a custom made order and inventory management system for a reputed textile industry based in France. JBY app has efficient features to track down the orders, stock items, invoice generations and much more to provide best support to the textile businesses. It consists of both Android and Web application, designed for the business representatives to get orders from textile business/sellers and administrators to maintain/update the recent data of items, customers, manage inventory, maintain purchases, invoices and much more.

Major features implemented

  • Using android app, users can select the customers for which the order is being taken. Once selecting the customer, list of items can be viewed and they can be added to in-app cart for order checkouts.
  • Re-Order - We have also implemented a re-order feature, in which the item details can be edited/updated again, so that another new order is created without losing much of the already ordered item details.
  • Negative Stocks - There can be some difficult situations in which the stocks can become empty. So to handle this, we have an option called Negative Stock, using which the users can take orders from customers even if the selected item’s inventory is empty. So the users can request admins to increase the stock once getting the orders.
  • FTP - We have an FTP feature, where the client can upload their files from their individual computer and then it will be decoded to save the details in the server. In this way, bulk data can be processed and saved in the server in less time, by uploading the files via FTP.
  • Offline Mode - The android mobile app also has the ability to work in Offline Mode, where the need of internet connectivity is kept aside. So the users can list items, take orders and re-orders without an active internet connectivity. As the order requests and confirmations are saved in offline, the app syncs the orders once it gains the internet connectivity again. This reduces the risk of users missing out order requests when they lack internet connectivity in mobile devices.
  • Adaptive Language Support - The app can be used in both English and French with adaptive support which works based on the user’s preferred android device language. It acts like if the user has device language as French, then the app will also be displayed in French. With Sparkbox it is all possible. Sparkbox is a data organizing application for smartphones that can be used by any profession and any age group. Be it any type of data, Sparkbox organizes it all.

  • If the user wants to collectively store the data, the first step is to create an activity in the app. Each activity is different and has its respective data in it. Inside the activity, a user can add related pictures, videos, audios, notes, URL links, contacts and location using the add panel or the bottom bar.
  • There are a total of 6 screens for the user to navigate which are displayed in the top bar. They are namely, Settings, Sparks, Captures, Activities lists and Search. The user can store the data in the activity in two ways, as a folder and Spark.
  • People have many activities in their lives. Each activity is a set of images, text, hyperlinks, contact, task, location, time representations, etc that the person has captured or created. When found and created items are combined together in sparkbox, the result is a fresh new piece of creativity. Sparkbox helps to share this creativity through organized content. That sharable content is what we call Spark.
  • The user may have several activities ready but will need to make a note on when to do them. This is where Sparkbox has introduced the concept of creating Tasks. The tasks can be created from the add panel and can be added to the respective activity. Users can change the status of the task as doing, done, hold, etc with the options provided.

  • Once a catalyst is selected, product details are shown with the option to request technical information, request a quote or share on social media or through email.   • Custom Chemistry feature allows users to obtain solutions directly from the Chemists for unexplainable catalytic reactions. Also the "Buy a Sample" option can be used to get sample products to help the customer to check it, before buying them in a larger quantity.
