We developed an innovative AI-based tool designed to centralize content creation within the agency. This tool reimagines how social media content is created by providing the team with an automated process for generating client-specific content. It has proven to be a game changer by enhancing efficiency, uniformity, and precision in content creation. 

Explore.org streams video from over 200 cameras, placed all over the world, to millions of visitors per week. Due to large influxes of visitors who come from all over the world to watch live events occurring in nature, the old website was failing to keep up with the traffic demands. The old, monolithic infrastructure needed to be modernized, which meant a full refactor must take place.

Our client dealt with a significant challenge in generating accurate and informative quarterly property performance reports. This labor-intensive process involved manual extraction of a plethora of property data from their property management platform, transposing the extracted data into Google Sheets, and eventually compiling individual reports for each property.

We developed an AI-powered solution using the OpenAI API to fully automate the key stages of the report generation process. The AI-powered system linked up with the property management platform, efficiently handled automated data extraction, performed data preprocessing into a usable format, and generated insightful content-filled reports every quarter.

Our client is an innovative startup in the OTT Streaming industry. They envisioned creating a unique platform for seamless management and delivery of business and finance content. To bring their vision to life, we worked closely with the client, understanding their requirements, providing strategic guidance, and translating the concepts into functional design and technology.

We developed a tailor-made platform that offers easy management of content, flexible scheduling options, the ability to preview content, and live streaming capabilities. It stands out for its user-friendly interface and its ability to support advertisements and custom streaming OTT channels, presenting an unmatched solution for business and finance content providers.

Our client dreamt of a platform in which his entire firm could seamlessly work together to effortlessly manage their massive case load. Being dissatisfied with the current offerings in the marketplace, our client came to us with the vision and ideas, which we turned into a full-fledged practice management suite of tools, optimized for all device sizes.

We built a multi-tenant SaaS application to be used by organizations and firms to compete with the best platforms in existence. The challenge of creating a tool with so many features in an easy-to-use interface was a daunting one, but one we took on with confidence.

We started by analyzing and researching the railroad industry and understanding the mission of RailPros. We meticulously investigated the published regulation documentation for railroad safety to understand the need of railroad engineers so that we could design an experience that enhances and simplifies the lack of referencing tools.

We started by writing user stories, creating graphic designs, and outlining the development milestones and roadmap. Working alongside the Railpros, we created a plan that would improve the lives of railroad workers everywhere, and provide increased safety for engineers in the field.

Using modern tools and frameworks, we spun up architecture quickly, developed rapidly, and released exactly on schedule.

An iOS and Android mobile app that digitizes a decades-old federally mandated regulation, bringing the railroad into the 21st century.

As with most of our products, Materialize had to act like an owner and learn about a foreign concept that is only known by railway workers in the United States. Materialize studied the federal regulations, digested the concept of digitizing the process, and formulated an approach that would force the industry to evolve.

Materialize began by providing a plan to release an MVP product into the marketplace. Starting with user stories and user flows, we worked alongside the client for guidance and approval. Once the interactions were defined, we created high-fidelity prototypes that perfectly mocked the experience and nuances that the mobile apps would provide. We provided DevOps engineering, backend engineering, mobile app engineering, and app store release management services to deliver the product on time and to great fanfare.

A platform that provides customers and administrators the ability to watch live streams and review recordings for custom live camera installations in athletics centers across the country.

Surprisingly, with all of the commercial security camera offerings available, there was no off-the-shelf solution that would meet the unique needs of AICC and the clubs that they represent. Materialize was approached to help select the camera hardware that would be installed, as well as build the fully bespoke management portal that connects hundreds of cameras installed in clubs across the country. Materialize was uniquely qualified for this project because of our extensive experience working with live streaming and live streaming hardware, video transcoding and encoding, and custom management portals.

As soon as the project began, Materialize took the lead and assumed the responsibility of crafting the perfect system that meets the essential requirements of the AICC custom management portal. We started with user flows, which led us to the wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and eventually the fully engineered functional product. We provided the full spectrum of software development services, serving as a CTO-as-a-service for AICC and providing a software development team out of the box. AICC relies on the management portal to provide their services to their clients and continues to use Materialize to build out features and functionality to support their growing needs.

The client approached us with a simple goal in mind: create a platform that allows non-profits and volunteers to productively manage petitions for ballot measures and other non-profit initiatives. In the effort to optimize the way in which ballot measures get based, the client sought to create a cutting-edge platform how petitions are canvassed, signed, and tracked in order to get new initiatives passed. We created a multi-tenant, data-driven content management and petition tracking platform that allows users of many different roles and permissions to track the progress of petitions as they are signed and approved. The system not only allows users to manage these petitions, but to generate unique landing pages for individual initiatives to capture user sign ups and interest.

A collaborative Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for creating scientific documentation, triggering workflow requests, and training employees.

We developed a web application that allows employees to collaboratively manage laboratory operational workflows. The interface supports multiple personas with permission-based functionality that makes for a secure and streamlined user experience. Administrators and supervisors create laboratory documentation to train employees and the embedded instructions are fed into work order requests used to track outcomes of recipes and procedures. Collectively, the web application promotes visibility, efficiency, and accountability across the organization as they produce food products.

A custom-built enterprise resource planning tool for a K12 food service company with flexibility to meet changing federal and state nutritional regulatory requirements.

Unity Meals is a southern California based food service provider for private and public schools. The client came to Materialize with the need of replacing a fifteen-plus-year-old digital solution with a modern solution that allows for flexibility between their private and public school meal offerings.

Materialize came to the aid of Unity Meals by providing business process analysis solutions as well as a path to delivery that leveraged their old system’s capabilities. While analyzing their business, Materialize identified a minimally viable solution and path to delivery to alleviate the bottlenecks with their current process while providing an intuitive UX solution for their staff to quickly get acclimated to their new system.

Radius had very specific requirements and needed a team capable of devising an optimized solution for broadcasting internal research interviews and focus groups to a centralized platform where their own clients could watch, chat, and take bookmarks of notable moments for later review. Materialize reviewed the requirements, performed in-depth research of available options, and provided Radius with a tailored approach to get their vision created within budget.

Materialize created user flows and conducted frequent meetings with the client to fast-track the discovery and design process. Once the user experience was approved, we got busy with the high-fidelity mockups and eventual prototype. Using these clearly defined designs, our engineering team got busy creating unparalleled functionality that would allow the client to perform their duties efficiently and impressively. We ran through beta testing sequences for quality assurance, and released the product with immediate success.
