Matiyas Solutions Incorporated in 2020 and is based in Ahmedabad, India. Matiyas Solutions LLP is a 360-degree tech platform solution provider. It provides services from CRM, and ERP to Mobile App development. Moreover, Matiyas has offices in India, and a Liaison Office in the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Nigeria, Egypt, and Armenia. It holds a highly experienced team that has worked on international projects across several continents. Matiyas is a group of highly motivated people who have a common goal – Excellence. My role involves business operations, sales management, and people management. I ensure the company is growing in terms of revenue and resources.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Narrating the idea behind the inception of Matiyas, Mr. Shabbir mentions that story began in 2020. Back then, just a few consultants got together to prove that nascent start-ups need not compromise on technology to convert their ideas to life. Since then, Matiyas has grown to deliver high-quality ERP Solutions for clients ranging from newborn start-ups to mid-level businesses. The major objective of starting this company is to help society and rural human development as I see there are lots of potential resources in rural but we are neglecting the rural so my first office was in Ilol, Gujarat, Ilol is a Village and I wanted to grow my village in terms of skill development.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our solution is for SMB businesses and SMBs are having major fund issues so to keep this in mind our solution is cheap however we have not compromised on digital solutions. We have tried to cover as many as scenarios for SMBs – especially for manufacturing, services, pharma, healthcare, etc industries.

Matiyas, as a leading ERP Solutions agency, provides ERP services to businesses across finance, manufacturing, healthcare, trading & distribution, Pharma, oil & gas, education, NGO, and logistics. Yes, our customer success team focus is more on repetitive business; almost all clients are repetitive.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
The customer satisfaction rate is very good. All the clients of Matiyas are satisfied with the services. We keep transparency with our clients and ensure the client is satisfied with our product and team.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Matiyas is providing a 24*7 support system. We are following the ticket/email/WhatsApp group/telegram group support system and most of the queries & issues TAT is within 24-36 hours.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Matiyas is offering multiple payment options. Based on the clients’ needs we are providing Fix Cost, pay per feature, pay per milestone, and per-user cost.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
The new projects that we work on generally start from $5,000. However, there's no rule of thumb as such. We are open to taking smaller projects and then continue working on bigger ones with the same customer; this is quite a common thing for our company.
Sometimes we can even advise you not to start such a project at all or to go with some solution you can find on the market, which will address the need you have (and we help to configure it in the right way). Besides, we have long-term relations with our regular customers who often have minor tasks to be done after their projects are finished, like adding new features or bug fixing, and this is what we are glad to do regardless of work volume.
