We especially appreciated Memcrab’s ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into a user-friendly design. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and design expertise made them a truly valuable partner for a project that required both precision and creativity.
They really understood how to translate a print experience into something that works digitally. Also, their design team nailed the look and feel of the app it feels like an extension of our brand, not some generic template.
They didn’t overcomplicate things. They delivered what we asked for and added polish we hadn’t even thought of. Their process was structured but flexible which helped us stay on schedule.

If we had to mention anything, it would be that their team is so committed to quality that they often double-check every detail which slightly extended a few feedback cycles. But in truth, that level of care led to a much stronger and polished final product, so we saw it as a positive in the long run.
There were a few small delays around QA testing, but nothing major. They kept us updated and made sure everything was ready before launch.

There were a few minor delays in backend API documentation during integration, but the team was transparent, communicated early, and resolved the issue quickly. It didn’t affect the overall delivery schedule significantly.
