We have our inhouse team which is located in different locations throughout India. We work with a flexible work style model where teammates/employees of the company can work from the location which suits them the most.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
Memorres is emotionally invested with all of it's clients. We do not look for a small acquisition but a long term partnership based on personal relations, quality work and better professional experience. We have a high bar for quality and client relationship. We do not compromise with our values for just the sake of getting projects. We believe in maintaining high experience for our teams as well as our partners/clients.
We believe in maintaining transparency within and outside our organization. This way our clients/partners can easily collaborate with any of our team members with the same level of freedom. WordPress, as its vast availability of resources and support of Off the shelf libraries and plugins makes it a good choice. It's easy to maintain and gives the client the flexibility to manage it at their end if and when needed.

Yes, we do. We have a pre-defined process for the same.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a web application?
- Functionalities and Level of expertise required to execute the features defined in scope of work
- Type of team and time needed to build the system
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We prefer Pay Per Milestone as it's beneficial for both parties and helps keep track of time and budget. We are open to Pay per feature and fixed cost as well.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Projects are evaluated on different factors before we take them up:
- Client expectations and our capacity to meet them
- Cost to build the system by us
- Type of commitment with Client (Long term relationship v/s one off client)
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
