Metajive

Metajive developed our clothing e-commerce website using Magento 2. The team built custom templates, plugins, and extensions to ensure the website was perfectly tailored to our needs. They also migrated the site to a new server, which has improved its overall performance. Throughout the process, their communication was excellent, and their availability to address any concerns was impressive.

Metajive did not build our brand, but they did help us take an MVP approach and figure out the basics of what we needed to know so that we could solve our problem without overbuilding. Metajive took us from concept to wireframes and the development of our MVP. My success with Metajive has been measured by their ability to reach and fix any issues. They've performed well in this regard.

We went through UX/UI design, platform systems planning, and heavy engineering on both backend, frontend and admin portal. What was most impressive was probably their speed and skills, they were able to move very quickly even though our team had a lot of opinions and changes, like most bigger brands.

The project consisted of collaborating with creative leads on our side, mapping out all the app’s architecture, wireframing and detailing all the game’s mechanics, and then of course building out all the art pieces and the game code itself, on both iOS and Android. The Live Event was a big success, with millions of viewers tuning in on FOX to watch the spectacle. Stride ended up getting tons of positive brand exposure from both the programming as well as the mobile application.

So far, everything has been in line with what we expected Metajive met all the expectations for what we set out to do and what they promised. Overall, we’ll see what works with our app, so we might not be done with production.

We have launched the product and it is being used by our customers. The development is still ongoing for new functionalities which require a lot of work and a good collaboration between the teams.

They delivered the full product to us by their initially stated deadline of April. 95%-100% of the time, they hit the scope and the timelines we agreed to. That’s the biggest success metric. We’re in the beta phase right now with a small group of testers.

What stood out about Metajive was their evident UX expertise and thorough understanding of our needs, which were mirrored in the deliverables they produced for our users.

They also edited my packing slip in a way that made it more clear and organized. The project they completed now allows me to accept custom information from customers which in turn will help my store generate more revenue and provide a better experience for my customers.

The total number of organizations or teams we work with have increased from zero to 35 in the one-year span of working with Metajive. Clients have complimented the great UI/UX, simplistic layout, and ease of navigation. Any improvements made were smooth in terms of updating the application as well. I started working for the company towards the end of our time with Metajive, but, as I learned more about them, I was struck by some of the clients they’d had. They’d helped celebrities with apps, and it was impressive to me that a company in New York would have that kind of client base.

Metajive redesigned our website and published it on WordPress. They managed SEO for this website (pre-existing domain) for several months and then transformed our Figma design into a working WordPress website when we opened a new branch of services and needed a new website.

We hired Metajive to create an E-Commerce Website for us. Ingold Solutions provided custom software development and high-level e-commerce website designs for our customers. The team also does backend work with APIs, and they're in charge of configuring all the interactions required by e-commerce sites. On top of that, they customize our platform for customer use cases.For the framework they suggested to go for Magento 2 with SAP® Business One ERP system for our online portal. For payment gateway they used PayPal payment gateway, credit card payment (Using Monetico), and Invoice proforma (prepayment). The project deadline was 6 months, which they were able to meet.Their project management style was exceptional and their team exhibited strong communication skills and promptness.

They created the UX/UI to capture our continuous flow of products which are updated as and when required. In our initial meetings, we conveyed them what we wanted and how we needed the site to perform. During the design phase we discussed how we wanted the website to look and what functions we needed in it. The team used Magento 2 as the PHP framework with SAP® Business One ERP system to create the website which was ideal for us as we plan to expand our business in the near future.
