  • If there’s one area for improvement, it would be enhancing the onboarding process for non-technical stakeholders. While the app development process was seamless, clearer documentation for post-launch maintenance would have been helpful for our internal team.
  • Just one thing, I wish I had found them earlier.

They've done better than I expected

The whole Entangled website was redone by Metajive, who updated the original designs while staying true to our original vision. They also created from scratch a content management system for us. Throughout the process, Metajive provided us with advice on the website platform and ensured that our new website would fulfill our requirements.

Our former website had a lot of features and was broken, with very little effectiveness. We need a whole makeover. We wanted a development company who could comprehend what we required and create us a new site that we could simply administer.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The teamwork was amazing. To be successful in any collaboration, I believe that both parties need to be able to listen to each other and work together to find a solution.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The project proceeded quite nicely.

Easy editing and additional content capabilities were made possible by the bespoke admin interface that Metajive designed. Additionally, they made me a personalized account so I could make another one on my own whenever I needed to.

Their ability to quickly pivot and implement change is impressive

The scope of work included discovery workshops, UX/UI design, mobile app development using React Native for iOS and Android, testing, bug fixes, and maintenance and key deliverables included high-fidelity designs, fully functional mobile apps for iOS and Android, and ongoing testing and maintenance.

The project demonstrated significant progress and success, with measurable outcomes including successful launch of mobile apps, high-quality UX/UI design, robust app performance, and positive user feedback. The project management team delivered high-quality work within a reasonable timeline, accommodating our requests for changes and adjustments. They demonstrated patience, understanding, and a commitment to achieving our shared goals. While we did exceed our initial timeline, delays were largely due to rigorous quality standards and last-minute changes. The team took our input and feedback onboard, working collaboratively to ensure the final product met our expectations.

Communication and great problem-solving skills make this partnership extremely satisfying

It is a buying and selling App. It is targeted for two main type of users: Private users and companies. There are different categories in order to create a wider audience of users Users can upload products to sell. Or simply buy. Users can like items or message other sellers.

I needed a friendly user App for buying and selling goods with all related features: create accounts, sell, buy and chat between users.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They really met expectations and they developed the App as requested, solving problems as they emerged. They were flexible in accomodating our request whenever we had a change of mind. And when we felt insecure about something they offered the best solution.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Not that I can think of.
