I felt well taken care of and confident in their ability to help me succeed.

Our e-commerce website for SeventheBasics was developed by MLTech Soft. From the outset, I shared my vision, logo, and some examples of websites I admired with the team. Additionally, I provided them with insights into my personality and how I wanted it reflected in the site's content and design.

The website was being developed in four phases. The team had been providing everything we needed for the website's development, and they were responsible for maintaining and hosting it. In addition, they offered to help with content writing.

The products were organized into categories based on occasions, clothing types, color schemes, and sizes, making it easy for customers to navigate the site and find exactly what they're looking for. Overall, I am thrilled with the progress of our e-commerce website development and the level of service and support provided by the MLTech Soft team. They have been responsive, professional, and committed to bringing my vision to life.

We built the platform together and launched it across our customers. We launched our site everything functioned smoothly. The platform has made a great impact on the sale revenue, helping us to save operation costs. Any technical problems were quickly resolved by the MLTech Soft team. We were very satisfied with the results. The project manager was very communicative throughout the process and ensured we were clearly all the scope of work. We had several meetings, even daily meetings when the system hasn't worked well. We received weekly PDFs outlining project status and deliverables, they always made a great demo before the meeting, based on our requirements.
