Limited Team size: Finding exceptional engineers with the specific skill sets aligned with Cloudpresenter's needs in proved challenging and time-consuming due to a limited talent pool.

High engineering costs: The cost of recruiting, training and retaining a skilled engineering team  was straining their budget, limiting their resources for growth and marketing initiatives.

Our Solution
Momentum helped built a high-performing engineering team in India, meticulously aligned with Cloudpresenter's specific skillset requirements. This dedicated team fostered seamless collaboration and ensured product development efforts were firmly anchored in Cloudpresenter's goals and vision.

Our approach lied in a collaborative and iterative process to enhance Cloudpresenter's engineering and product development needs. This strategy unfolded in the following key stages:

1. Assessment and analysis

Sharing project details: Although Information Architecture Document had already been written by Cloudpresenter upto certain extent, some gaps had to be filled by Momentum by product implementation standpoint. IA document helped stakeholders understand the purpose and delivery channels of Cloudpresenter.
User and Competitive Research: We leveraged Cloudpresenter's existing competitive research to conduct a comprehensive, user-centered analysis focused on design trends, user behavior, and competitor pricing. This analysis informed Cloudpresenter's design and strategy decisions.

2. Design process : 

Low Fidelity Designs: We created low-fidelity wireframes that mapped out key user journeys across the Cloudpresenter platform. These journeys encompassed sign-up, onboarding, activation, conversion paths, and critical platform-specific tasks, all aimed at identifying the most user-friendly workflows.
High Fidelity Designs: High-fidelity mockups delivered pixel-perfect representations of each screen in various states. The Cloudpresenter team experienced the final product's look and feel. For complex user journeys, additional user testing was recommended.
Product Copy: Based on our experience we offered recommendations for product copywriting, focusing on clarity, user engagement, and brand consistency. While Cloudpresenter retained final approval authority, Momentum’s expertise ensured the messaging resonated with their ideal clients and aligned seamlessly with Cloudpresenter's established brand identity.

3. Engineering:

Design & Engineering: Collaborative development was ensured  where engineering team would also play a role in recommending design implementation in terms of making sure that engineering resources, logics and architecture are optimized for maximum performance .
Agile development: We adopted an iterative agile development methodology, allowing for continuous feedback and rapid feature implementation. This ensured Cloudpresenter's product remained adaptable to evolving market demands and user needs.Additionally, short development sprints facilitated frequent code reviews and testing cycles, minimizing potential bugs and ensuring a high-quality codebase. 
Testing: Comprehensive testing strategy was followed for Cloudpresenter platform. Functional testing verified all features functioned as intended, while manual testing explored real-world user interactions. This collaborative approach delivered a high-quality, user-centric product.

Enhancing user experience: To truly understand how users interacted with the platform, we employed a three-pronged approach. Challenges

Branded Keyword Dependence: Following the AppSumo campaign, 100% of search traffic relied heavily on branded keywords, indicating critical lack of organic search visibility. We weren't attracting potential clients who hadn't encountered the brand before.

Unpredictable MRR channel: Due to the limited-time nature of AppSumo, Clientjoy's initial MRR might not have been sustainable. A strong organic search channel was lacking to provide a reliable source of qualified leads and contribute to more predictable, long-term revenue growth.

Our Solution
 
The foundation of formulating our strategy was to drive sustainable long term revenue through consistent and reliable organic means. Our approach unfolded in the following sequence of steps:

ICP Identification: While we had established the ICP was agencies, we conducted in-depth research to identify lower hanging fruits. We identified 10-50 team strength Digital Agencies in North America as a cohort. Instead of doing SEO for all Agencies, our SEO focused only on this cohort.

Building Topical Authority: Developed a content calendar focused on addressing specific industry-related topics and challenges faced by our ICP after analyzing top, medium and bottom of the funnel keywords.

Content Strategy: Created a diverse range of content formats including informative blogs, e-books, resources, and downloadable templates, amounting to a substantial content library of around 96,000 words.

On Page SEO Optimization: Conducted a comprehensive one-time audit followed by quarterly health checks to ensure optimal on-page performance.

Social Media Presence: Crafted engaging social media posts tailored to Agencies on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Repurposed blog content into visually appealing carousels for increased reach and brand presence.
