Executive Interview of MOOZE TECH

Arbind Kumar
CEO & Founder
Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
The name of our company is "Moozetech". We started our company in the year 2018 with the core vision of creating an unbiased, honest and transparent knowledge-sharing platform that advocates all kinds of application and software-related concerns. Our company always aimed to make something that can stand out from the rest of the crowd and can help the users get the most out of the content that we provide. We always try to learn from the best, be it their good developments or bad failures. We always try to incorporate all the market knowledge in our products or content. And this thing keeps us from getting mixed in with the crowd. As for my role in the company I'm the current CEO as well as the founder of the company. I manage most of the domains of our brand Moozetech and constantly try to improve it.
What is the story behind starting this company?
I've had this idea of starting up my own business for quite some time before actually starting this one. So with the concept of starting my own company in my head, I always tried to observe and learn from the business people, their work style, and commitment towards their work. So it was nothing something like the idea has accidentally popped up in our mind. During the early stages of our planning, we tried only to figure out what exactly people have demand for, and what exactly they look for in an application and website and what keeps them away from continuing using them.
So with enough information about the market and customer base that we gathered from our research data we understood what and how we need to cater our products. We started everything from scratch and always believed that we could make it big.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
It's not easy to keep everyone with highly qualified and motivated professionals, but it allows us to keep the quality at the same level, even if we can't keep up with some of our competitors.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our company has started with this clear vision that we want to have an impact on the market with our unique and improved approach towards pre-established digital marketing. Unlike most other companies we cater our products and services based on the failure and success, likings and preferences of all the other firms as well as active customers in the market. With this approach, we have noticed a drastic improvement in the quality of the products that we produce. And this also creates a very positive environment within the company as all the employees feel much more confident in proceeding with a new product as they firmly believe that they're making it with proper market research and they won't be facing any big setbacks. So yes, having this positive mindset towards adapting and learning from others and working forward as a team makes our company different from the competition, That's what I believe in.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We generally cater to the IT and educational industries, through our digital application and content we try to spread the right information and knowledge with the people. But we're not limited to those industries only, our goal is to provide the right information to the people regardless of the industry we're catering that content for. And statistically, we've noticed most of our customers are a very cheerful new audience who are just hungry for knowledge and we provide them with that information through our content. So around 70% of our customers are not repetitive.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Our company deals with providing the right and unbiased information regarding various applications and software-related concerns. So we provide services revolving around techs such as Mobile App Development, Web development, and Graphic design with various other services. Our clients mostly approach us for Mobile App development, it is one of our expertise. But clients also look for other services like web development and graphic design. Our company deals with a lot of services and these are only a few to be mentioned.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Well, as far as customer satisfaction goes I think we have really satisfied customers as most of the time we receive approvals and compliments for the content we provide to them. That gives us the motivation to continue doing our work and moving forward with more and more improvements. But just the fact that majority of the time we receive compliments and words of encouragement from our clients makes our products and services completely perfect. We seldom get recommendations as well and we receive them very positively and try to implement them in our products and services. We have a very strict aim to provide our clients with quality content. And to ensure that we go through a rigorous process and put in lots of hours for our work. So ideally we are pretty open towards all the criticism from our customers if there's any, as it serves as feedback for us and that feedback helps us improve ourselves as a company.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
To deal with the queries and any issues which may arise after the app delivery, we provide the customer support services such as Texts on WhatsApp, Email, Zoom, and phone calls. We have a dedicated team for this, who foresee all the customer-related problems. Through this, we ensure very comfortable cooperation between our employees and the clients and this creates a very stable and interesting environment. This also helps us in getting genuine feedback regarding our products and services and we get to know about the features or places at which our clients are getting problems in operating them.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
The payment structure is not an issue. Here we are flexible and accept most types of payment modes. We believe in making our clients comfortable while paying. However, just to note, yes! We accept payment per feature, fixed cost, and pay per milestone too. And for sure, we are open to discuss payment mode.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
The requirements can differ according to the project and the necessity of the work. And of course, as being a leading and fastly growing company, we believe in setting our few minimum work criteria. But at the same time, we also do not hesitate to grab a low-budget project or, say basic requirement project. So, yes, we check the basic things; we also consider projects that fulfill our minimum requirements.
Rather than getting overwhelmed by the high price and exceptional sales quotes, we would recommend people set up specific criteria based on their unique project requirement and then close the deal with the one which meets most of those criteria.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Well! Understanding the cost and finalizing critical elements at different price points allows us to build a target budget and align our event goals. It also lets us balance the quality and affordability of our services and make us make more intelligent choices when developing an app or doing any other task.
The first important thing we do is compile a list of deal-breaking expenses, including the client requirements such as app size, the information we need to put into, platforms, and any post surveys and live polling.
So, the minimum price range would be 1000 USD, and the maximum price range on average can go up to 50,000 USD. However, the price range entirely depends on the retiarius mentioned above.
We consider the following elements for the cost of developing an application:
- What type of business will we cater to?
- What would be a software platform? ( like -iOS, Android)
- What kind of design do we need to use? (Personalized & customized, primary, or individual)
- A number of pages?
- What type of application and what features that the app will provide.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
As a CEO and the founder of the company, I have high expectations as well as really big goals for our company. We started with the aim of making it big in the market and we're sure that we will make it big, it may take some time but I can see the sheer potential of our company. With everyone's efforts and dedication to the work that we're doing there's no hurdle that we can't cross or deal with as a team.
Our company functions as a family and all of us are close to each other and we support others in all situations. That creates a very positive environment and helps our company grow rapidly. So we're all working for the end goal of making our company a really big firm in the market with a very reputable name so that people can acknowledge and recognize the amount and quality of work we put out. I'm confident in our company and we have a very clear end goal in our vision. Our brand will bloom in the next 10 years and we're working towards it very passionately.
