Describe your project in brief
Our objective was to solve the real-world challenges of managing clinical trials efficiently. As healthcare professionals, we were struggling with outdated systems that were cumbersome, time-consuming, and prone to errors. We needed a platform that was not only modern and user-friendly but also designed specifically for the complex demands of clinical research.
Our vision was to have a centralized solution that would streamline workflows, improve visibility across trials, and ensure compliance with stringent regulations like HIPAA and CFR21. We needed features that would simplify patient enrollment, automate invoicing, and reduce the risk of errors or data loss—tools that would empower our team to focus more on patient care and less on administrative burdens.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The process was different than other development experiences we have had. We worked closely with the team, were in constant contact with them via Slack and were provided almost daily updates. Furthermore, they provided us with a deep level of education on our product and helped us better understand our end-users and market. We started with their product monetization and validation (PMV) service prior to starting development and it really changed how fast and easy the entire process was.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Don't think there is anything we can complain about them. Nexxt was able to move quickly and get us to market faster than other companies were quoting us, and for less. Getting to market faster and for less money was the game changer for us.
