We work with our internal expert team, the close collaboration and ideas exchange help us deliver the high expectations we commit to our clients.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
Since our main marketing strategy is to turn our clients to brand ambassadors and get repeat business, our stakes are very high in delivering highest quality work. We have equal interests in the success of the clients we work with.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Though we had worked in all types of industries in different capacity. But I must say we are experts in Healthcare, Insurance, FinTech, e-Commerce and SAAS.  80% of our business is from client references and repeat customers.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a mobile app.
The main parameter is the number of features in the initial launch and clarity of scope.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile app?
This is a subjective matter depending on the app requirement.
- Backend intensive apps (frontend ~30% - backend ~70%)
- For standalone Apps with less dependency on backend(frontend 70-80% - backend 20-30%)
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a mobile application?
Key User Profiles
- Frequency of usage
- Product go to market timeline (available time for development)
- Frequency of feature updates / App Scalability
Which platform do you suggest your clients to begin with when they approach you with an idea (Android or iOS) and why?
It depends on the requirement of the business and product go to market strategy.
Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?
This totally depends on the clients business requirements, the following factors can help choose the platform
1. Development Timeframe available
2. Development Cost
3. UI/UX Experience
4. Scalability of the App
5. Impact of Performance on users
6. Third Party Libraries Support (for essential features)
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?
Timeline provided, Resources skill required and the clarity of scope/initial MVP phase
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We have 3 models
- Fixed budget (payment per milestone)
- Hourly charge engagement
- Monthly developer Retainer engagement
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, we have also worked on $15,000 projects (with limited scope)
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
From $25,000 - $2,00,000
Which business model do you suggest to your clients enabling them to generate revenue from mobile applications? Why?
The types of businesses we work with, the Apps which aid the existing supply chain, process etc are the one which, mostly justify the  investment in building the apps. The cases in which app itself is the product the business model totally depends on the solution the app is providing.
