Problem and Solution

HopeSync includes an educational, professional and relational video that deals with the concern of each client. The purpose is to allow the client to get all the information needed (educational), hear a doctor or counselor talk about the subject (professional) and experience the story of someone who has been through the same situation (relational). HopeSync helps organizations meet these needs on the devices their customers use the most; either inside the organization's facility or outside of it. It allows them to send content, text messages and videos to their client's phone number or email and create personalized content within the program. This was a challenging project from the beginning because our team needed to work hand by hand with the client’s dev team, understand the logic of the existing app and work in the integration of many new features like Chat Widget and Azure Services such as the Azure AI translator. This was a legacy project that came to us to be finished. Several features needed to be rewritten and many others were included too. The system uses an application to Manage children's classes, Subscriptions, Promotions, Study materials and Teachers (Admin Portal). At the same time, it was necessary to update and implement an application that allow parents to manage their children’s classes and payments (Parents Portal).
