Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
OneSource, located in Europe, specializes in web development, crafting tailored solutions to cater to various business needs. This could range from simple websites to complex web applications that drive business operations. Since its establishment in 2007, the company has delivered comprehensive development services for over 450 products to 200 global clients.
What is the story behind starting this company?
The partners who created our company decided to do so already running an IT training company. The creation of our company, formerly known as GNS-IT, was in response to a demand from a network of acquaintances to implement various web solutions for their businesses. Thus, on the basis of specialists in IT courses, a team of developers was assembled.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
OneSource retains an in-house development team. This ensures better quality control, smoother communication, faster turnaround times, and more consistent delivery. It also provides clients with the assurance that they're dealing directly with the people working on their projects.
Pricing Structures:
  1. Fixed Price Model: OneSource offers a fixed-price model for projects with well-defined requirements. This is beneficial for businesses that have a clear vision and scope for their project and prefer to have a predetermined budget.
  2. Time & Material Approach: For projects that might have evolving or uncertain requirements, OneSource adopts a time and material approach. This model is flexible, as clients are billed based on the actual work hours spent, and the materials used.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our clients consistently highlight several key aspects that set us apart in the competitive landscape.
  • Budget Efficiency: We take pride in our capability to optimize budgets without compromising quality. Many clients have acknowledged our ability to identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing the project's integrity. This commitment to budget efficiency demonstrates our financial responsibility and maximizes the value clients receive.
  • Proactive Engagement: Our teams don't just execute projects; they actively engage as partners invested in the project's success. We contribute suggestions and insights that enhance the project's outcome.
  • Deep Technical Knowledge: Our teams are equipped with a wealth of deep technical knowledge and experience across various industries. This enables us to meet the project's requirements, anticipate challenges, and provide innovative solutions.
Clients appreciate our ability to dive into complex technicalities and offer insights that lead to optimal outcomes.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We address a wide range of industries, such as EdTech, FinTech, Fitness and Wellness, Marketing, Management, Enterprise Software, Legal Technology and more. Whatever the field, here at OneSource we are fully committed to understanding our client’s vision and helping to transform it into reality.
Building long-term partnerships with our clients has always been a top value for OneSource. We are honored to say that 86% of our customers are repetitive and continue to cooperate with us after their products are launched, whether it be technical support for a newly built web app or an idea for a new project.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Clients frequently approach us for services custom CRM & ERP development, MVP launches, UI/UX design, Marketplace and E-commerce development, and LMS as well as complex and specific SAAS solutions.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
At OneSource, customer satisfaction is a cornerstone of our business. While I don't have the exact percentage at hand, our consistent client feedback and long-lasting partnerships are a testament to the satisfaction our services bring. We prioritize client needs through active listening and regular communication. Our project managers and teams maintain an open channel to understand evolving requirements, address concerns promptly, and adapt to any changes. This proactive approach ensures that our clients' objectives are met, and their expectations exceeded.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
This varies depending on the project and the client, but one thing remains the same: the importance of collaboration and transparency. Our support includes regular communication channels such as chat, email, and online conferences. We listen to our client's feedback and track their comments, ensuring their input is integrated into our actions. We avoid spamming and instead focus on meaningful engagement to strengthen OneSource’s partnership with our clients.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Primarily, we offer Fixed Cost and Time and materials or cooperation models. We're open to discussing alternative payment structures to suit individual needs.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We assess projects on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as scope, complexity, and resources required. We have worked on projects ranging from $15,000.00 to $500,000.00 and are always open to discussing how we can accommodate different budget requirements.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?
Our projects in 2022 ranged in price from a minimum of $15,000 to a maximum of $500,000.00.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
In the next 10 years, we envision our company as a leading player in the web development industry, with a diversified portfolio catering to various sectors. We aim to expand our in-house team, adopt cutting-edge technologies, and foster partnerships worldwide. Review Summary

I could highly recommend the OneSource team. We started our cooperation in 2015, and as an Education academy, we needed professional tech support. During this period we launched at least 4 different projects. The biggest project was the ERP system for our academy. With the new ERP system, we managed to increase the number of active clients by 3, resulting in a significant increase in our ROI.

Review Summary

It was a great pleasure to work with the OneSource team. The team is an example of extremely professional and highly qualified developers. They have excellent organizational skills, high responsibility, and focus on achieving goals.

When we started our startup JunGO we chose a contractor to develop the MVP. Among all the proposals for cooperation, we decided on OneSource, and as it turned out, we were right. We received 3K users on the platform for the first three months. With OneSource, we have created a fantastic platform for candidates and recruiters.

The team has always been in touch and promptly responded to any issues. Even when we quickly had to start a blog on WordPress, the dev team allocated an additional resource for the task, which was not previously approved in the contract.

At the moment, we continue to cooperate in the mode of support and maintenance of the platform. I hope to realize many more features of our product together! I recommend OneSource.
