The engagement focused on standardizing production workflows across multiple locations, replacing spreadsheet‑based tracking with a centralized, cloud‑ready system that could scale with new lines and plants. The primary goals were to increase overall equipment effectiveness, improve on‑time delivery, and give management a single source of truth for production, quality, and maintenance KPIs.
