We partnered with Orthian for a comprehensive digital transformation and long-term infrastructure support for our brand. Due to the confidential nature of the project, I can share that their work focused on two primary pillars:
- Website Development: Orthian completely rebuilt our e-commerce presence to resolve legacy technical issues and elevate our high-end customer journey. They managed everything from complex data migration to integrating specialized systems, ensuring the final product was technically flawless and perfectly aligned with our brand’s premium positioning.
- Strategic Maintenance & Administration: Following the launch, they have continued as our dedicated digital partner. This includes ongoing technical maintenance, security monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure our operations remain stable and secure.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
What makes them stand out isn't just their technical skill, but their actual care for our project. They don't just fix bugs, they've become a reliable extension of our internal team. Knowing they are monitoring our security and performance in the background allows us to focus entirely on our business.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Orthian did a great job executing the requirements. In the future, I’d love to see more strategic pushback or alternative suggestions from the team during the discovery phase. As experts, your input on what not to build is just as valuable to us as the coding itself.
