Osambit developed an Inbound Audit Management & Supplier Chargebacks System using a microservices architecture to optimize inbound inventory flow and supplier chargeback processes. The system seamlessly handled Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) and Purchase Orders (PO), integrating data from Warehouse Management System (WMS) audit stations to process audit signals.

Key functionalities included:

• Inbound Inventory Flow Management: Captured and processed data from inbound shipments for real-time tracking and validation. 
• Audit Signal Processing: Automated audit signal handling from WMS stations to identify discrepancies or compliance issues. 
• Chargeback Calculation: Dynamically calculated supplier chargebacks based on discrepancies identified during audits, ensuring accuracy per ASN and PO. 
• Accounting Integration: Emitted chargeback data to the accounting department for further financial processing.
