Outsourcify is a Bangkok-based web and mobile development agency specializing in creating tailor-made digital solutions for startups, corporations, and NGOs around the world. Today, we serve a diverse range of industries, including real estate, government institutions, hospitality, and many others.
I co-founded the company in 2013 with my husband Benoit Schneider, initially under the name Eklektik Service, and we have since grown to a team of 35 talented professionals. Supported by Thailand’s Board of Investment (BOI), we focus on building a variety of web solutions, from e-commerce platforms to corporate websites and SaaS platforms. Our expertise also extends to CRM and ERP systems, all crafted using open-source technologies to ensure scalability and user-friendly interfaces.
As the CEO of Outsourcify, I am responsible for shaping the company’s vision, managing strategic partnerships, and ensuring that we continuously innovate in how we serve our clients. I work closely with our teams to align our operations with the company’s goals and values, while also playing an active role in business development and client relations.
What inspired the founding of your company, and what is the story behind its inception?
Outsourcify was founded in 2013 with the goal of bringing a fresh approach to web development in Thailand. We noticed a gap in the market for an agency that combined both local understanding and international standards. My co-founder Benoit and I wanted to create a company that could deliver high-quality technical solutions while maintaining close, personalized client relationships. Our diverse backgrounds, Thai and French, also enabled us to connect with both local and global clients, which enhanced our value proposition.
What are the core values and principles that drive your company's culture, and how do you ensure alignment with these values across your team?
At Outsourcify, our core values of collaboration, transparency, and innovation form the foundation of everything we do. We have built a culture where every team member is encouraged to share their ideas and play an active role in shaping the company’s success. Regular team meetings keep us aligned, ensuring that our projects exceed our client’s expectations. We are equally committed to celebrating personal and professional growth and providing opportunities for upskilling and continuous development. Can you highlight some of the key achievements or milestones your company has accomplished since its inception?
One of our key achievements has been expanding our portfolio to include clients from all over the world, particularly in Europe, North America, and Asia. We have successfully delivered over 500 projects across various industries, including e-commerce, education, and real estate. Another significant milestone is the growth of our in-house team, which has allowed us to maintain high-quality standards while scaling our operations. In recent years, we have also started offering workshops to share our expertise in web and mobile development.
Could you explain your company's business model? Do you primarily operate with an in-house team or utilize third-party vendors/outsourcing?
We primarily operate with an in-house team, which includes designers, developers, and project managers. This allows us to maintain full control over the quality and consistency of the work we deliver. We do collaborate on some rare occasions with external specialists when specific expertise is required, ensuring that we can meet the diverse needs of our clients without compromising quality.
How does your company differentiate itself from competitors in the industry?
Outsourcify differentiates itself by offering personalized solutions that are fully tailored to each client’s unique needs. We place a strong emphasis on communication and transparency throughout the development process, ensuring that our clients are involved and informed every step of the way. Additionally, our international team and understanding of both local and global markets allow us to deliver solutions that resonate with diverse audiences.
How would you describe the dynamics within your team, and how do you foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve common goals?
Our team dynamics are built on mutual respect, open communication, and a collaborative spirit. We encourage a flat organizational structure where everyone’s input is valued, regardless of their role. Regular brainstorming sessions and team-building activities ensure that we work cohesively towards common goals. We also use project management tools to keep everyone aligned and on track.
What measures do you take to support the professional development and growth of your employees? Do you offer training programs or opportunities for skill enhancement?
At Outsourcify, we place a strong emphasis on the professional growth of our team by offering mentorship and comprehensive career development plans. Could you share a notable success story or case study that exemplifies the impact your company has had on a client's business?
One success story that stands out is our collaboration with a client in the travel industry who envisioned a new kind of software to solve the specific needs of travel agencies in the traveler's home country to get accurate real-time quotations for independent traveler trips. Eventually, we became their technology partner and even became investors in the startup, to develop a comprehensive management platform. We developed a custom solution that streamlines the operations, saves operators a lot of time, and reduces manual errors. This project not only transformed the business processes of many clients but also increased their revenue within the first year of implementation.
What industries do you primarily cater to, and do you have a significant percentage of repeat clients? If so, what is the ratio of repeat clients?
We cater to a wide range of industries, including real estate, hospitality, government institutions, and education. A significant portion of our business comes from repeat clients, with around 70% of our clients returning for additional services or new projects. This high retention rate is a testament to the quality of our work and the strong relationships we build with our clients.
What initiatives does your company undertake to foster innovation and stay at the forefront of industry trends? Do you invest in research and development projects?
We actively invest in research and development to stay ahead of industry trends. Our team is encouraged to explore new technologies and experiment with innovative approaches to solve client challenges. We regularly attend industry events to stay informed about the latest developments in web and mobile development. Additionally, we allocate resources to internal projects that allow us to test and refine new solutions before offering them to clients. Lately, we have been working on internal projects around AI and custom LLMs.
Please share some of the most sought-after services that clients approach your company for.
Our most sought-after services include custom web app development, mobile application development, and e-commerce solutions. In parallel, we also often organize requirement specifications and UX/UI workshops. We are also approached for custom website redesign and development tailored to specific business needs. Our clients value our ability to deliver complex projects on time while maintaining a high standard of quality.
How do you build and maintain strong relationships with your clients, and what mechanisms do you have in place for gathering and acting upon client feedback?
Building strong client relationships starts with clear communication from day one. We keep clients informed throughout the project lifecycle and ensure that their feedback is incorporated into every stage of development. We do regular check-ins to gather client input and make improvements where necessary. Our goal is to maintain long-term partnerships by consistently delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
How has your company adapted to changes and challenges in the business landscape, and what strategies have you employed to ensure resilience and sustainability?
We have adapted to changes in the business landscape by being agile and responsive to market needs. For example, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we shifted our focus to supporting businesses with digital transformations and enhancing their online presence. Our resilience comes from our ability to pivot quickly and continuously innovate, whether through new service offerings or by adopting the latest technology.
What payment structure do you typically follow when billing clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, or Pay per Milestone (phases, months, versions, etc.)?
We generally offer flexibility in our payment structure, depending on the project’s scope and client needs. We work with fixed-cost contracts for clearly defined projects and also use pay-per-milestone models for more complex, ongoing projects. This ensures that our clients are comfortable with the payment terms and that we can manage resources efficiently.
We also offer squads charged on a monthly basis, consisting of a set of several of our in-house experts from our business analysis, project management, design, development, and quality teams.

Yes, we do accept projects that meet our basic budget requirements. The minimum budget we typically work with is around 250,000 THB, depending on the complexity of the project. For smaller projects, we assess the scope and potential for long-term collaboration before making a decision.
Can you provide an overview of the price range (minimum and maximum) of the projects your company worked on in 2023?
In 2023, the price range for our projects varied from 250,000 THB for smaller website projects to a couple of million baths for more complex projects. The wide range reflects our ability to cater to different client needs, from startups to large corporations.
What technological capabilities does your company possess, and are there any ongoing or planned investments in technology infrastructure or tools to enhance your services?
Our technological capabilities include expertise in a wide range of programming languages and frameworks such as Vue.js, Nuxt.js, React, Node.js, Laravel, Symfony, and mobile technologies such as Flutter. We continuously invest in upgrading our technology infrastructure to enhance service delivery, including adopting new project management tools and cloud-based solutions for better collaboration. We also have plans to explore AI-driven solutions to improve the efficiency of our development processes.
Where do you envision your company in the next 10 years? What are your long-term goals and aspirations for growth and development?
In the next 10 years, we aim to expand our global presence, particularly in Europe and North America, while maintaining our strong base in Asia. Our long-term goals include becoming a leading provider of digital solutions for specific industries such as real estate and hospitality, and we aspire to be known for our ability to deliver complex, high-impact projects. We also plan to continue investing in our team’s growth and innovation to stay ahead of market trends.
