Please introduce your company and describe your role within the organization.

Since 2005, PBB design has been providing comprehensive website services, including creation, optimization, promotion, and ongoing support for websites. We tailor our services to meet the unique requirements of each customer. Effortlessly high-quality work is our goal! The number of published, successful projects exceeds 200.

We create and build websites of all sizes and types, from simple landing pages and promotional sites to complicated e-commerce platforms and turnkey solutions. Any concept can be embodied by us.

What inspired the founding of your company, and what is the story behind its inception?

Twenty years ago, I was visiting clients on-site while performing system administration. Business owners and private entrepreneurs would often inform me about the necessity of website development. I presented my services using particular skills in this field.
Having a few consistent customers over time, I opened a small studio and quit a previous job. I have to learn a lot, gain experience, and work on my projects.

Still, I see benefits and meaning in this for me.

What are the core values and principles that drive your company's culture, and how do you ensure alignment with these values across your team?

Two main principles of work:

Honesty and transparency when working with the client;
Responsibility for one's area of work to colleagues.

Can you highlight some of the key achievements or milestones your company has accomplished since its inception?

For many years, we have remained at the top of Google's local search results by regularly improving our website. This allows us to maintain a continuous flow of orders. This is vital.

Could you explain your company's business model? Do you primarily operate with an in-house team or utilize third-party vendors/outsourcing?

It depends on the future project. We work under both schemes.

How does your company differentiate itself from competitors in the industry?

Not forgetting about our work with client visits, we keep visiting the client (if local) to discuss the specifics of the next project. More specifics elude me.

How would you describe the dynamics within your team, and how do you foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve common goals?

As a team, we work tirelessly on each assignment while keeping in close contact with one another. Since we share an office, it's not hard. Recognizing employees for their good work and ambition is something I strive to do as a manager.

What measures do you take to support the professional development and growth of your employees? Do you offer training programs or opportunities for skill enhancement?

Because our studio is small, every person is responsible for their program. When someone has trouble with a project, we all do our best to figure out a solution.

Could you share a notable success story or case study that exemplifies the impact your company has had on a client's business?

There are numerous such stories. Our clientele has successfully worked in Ukraine, Greece, Germany, the United States, and Canada.

For example, Petro Holyk's Lviv design firm began operations in 2013 following the launch of their website. The studio began receiving many more orders after we promoted its website, which we designed.

We have successfully collaborated with printing companies, law firms, medical institutions, security organizations, and others.

What industries do you primarily cater to, and do you have a significant percentage of repeat clients? If so, what is the ratio of repeat clients?

I have already addressed this issue earlier.

I can include interior design, car service, furniture, and construction companies. Out of the total orders, around 50% are repeat orders from loyal customers.

What initiatives does your company undertake to foster innovation and stay at the forefront of industry trends? Do you invest in research and development projects?

We recognize the necessity of adapting to change and staying at the forefront of a constantly shifting business environment.

Our committed team consistently examines industry trends and emerging technologies that are transforming businesses. By attentively observing market changes, we actively adjust our strategies and solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

How do you build and maintain strong relationships with your clients, and what mechanisms do you have in place for gathering and acting upon client feedback?

We establish our business relationships with clients primarily through trust. This does not prevent the parties from entering into a contract. Cooperation should be characterized by honesty and transparency. We strive to fulfill our obligations.

We maintain constant communication with our clients and respond promptly to their inquiries.

How has your company adapted to changes and challenges in the business landscape, and what strategies have you employed to ensure resilience and sustainability?

Creativity, risk-taking and the search for game-changing ideas are highly encouraged. If we cultivate an agile attitude, we can swiftly adjust to changing market conditions and seize new possibilities. To help our clients succeed in these volatile times, we are always looking for new and innovative ways to solve problems.

What payment structure do you typically follow when billing clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, or Pay per Milestone (phases, months, versions, etc.)?

Typically, a predetermined fee is outlined in both the technical specifications and the contract.

Do you accept projects that meet your basic budget requirements? If yes, what is the minimum budget requirement? If no, what is the minimum budget you have worked with in the past?

The cost of our simplest project starts at $300.

Can you provide an overview of the price range (minimum and maximum) of the projects your company worked on in 2024?

Last year, the cost of projects ranged from $500 to $9K.

What technological capabilities does your company possess, and are there any ongoing or planned investments in technology infrastructure or tools to enhance your services?

We are progressively providing our clients with cloud solutions that provide multi-level access to information.

To do some activities, we use artificial intelligence, which can provide absolutely exceptional solutions to a variety of challenges.

Where do you envision your company in the next 10 years? What are your long-term goals and aspirations for growth and development?

Predicting anything is challenging for me amidst the ongoing war in the country. Above all, I wish for peace, that the nation will be safeguarded, and will flourish.

We aspire to retain our team, foster development, acquire new knowledge, and establish new partnerships.
